DIY Wall Panelling Recensioni

Did not have to wait long for a delivery. Very easy to cut down and use and we painted ours and it looks fab, only 1 coat needed. Wipes down lovely too. Bit disappointed that it does include skirting but overall very satisfied 🙂

Easy to order. Good customer service. Delivery was ontime. No issues. Would use again.

Delivered on time exactly what I ordered.tongue and groove 6mm mdf panels are good quality at a fair price.

Easy to order on receipt delivery panels were well packed.
I would have appreciated being advised of delivery progress
I had to contact company who in fairness did get back to me advising of delivery status promptly

This company went above and beyond to get their panels to me. Their personal service was excellent.

The panels were packaged exceptionally well to protect them as they travelled and the panels themselves look great. Not fixed to the wall yet, waiting for the builder, but they look exactly what I need.

Thank you to everyone at this company for their exceptional customer service.

I had to ring up twice to check the order was out for delivery. And wait for answer phone message to be acknowledged.

Took 2.5 weeks to arrive.

So happy with my panelling. Easy ordering and prompt delivery and it looks great

found these guys on the internet ,
product was good easy to use ,and good knowledgeable people.

I had to order extra panels to put on my order. It was no problem to add them. Panels arrived within the time scale. Well packaged. Moisture resistant. I was delighted to see that the panels came with a small dado rail for each panel. Nice addition. The overall result of the fitted panels is great.

Great product which was easy to use.
The only reason it is not 5 stars is the length of time it took to arrive but I would definitely purchase from this business again.

Excellent product and brilliant customer care and support

Poor packaging resulted in two orders being damaged .The delivery process is laughably slow -weeks ! -not days and absolutely no next day delivery .

Courier failed to delivery package and DIY Wall Panelling sorted everything out very efficiently, sending a replacement next day. Excellent communication with this company who went above and beyond to help.

Sadly the panel was badly damaged in the post . The company organised a no quibble refund .
Best and proper outcome - customer service was excellent

Easy to cut and fit. Small amount of sanding required on pre primed panelling. Looks fabulous.

The product was fantastic. Arrived in time scheduled and packaged really well. Went up and absolute breeze. Was the first time I'd put any sort of panels up so had watched a few YouTube videos first but was really pleased with how well it went together.
Had to order more as I changed last minute how I was going to do it and needed to change the order due to an error I'd made. They were so helpful and lovely to deal with. Definitely recommend then

Excellent product 👌 Delivery was as expected and on time. Customer service was good too.

Nicely made panels, had to wait 2 weeks for order, but worth the wait, communication via email isn’t great, but wouldn’t stop me buying again

All good with the product though delivery slow

Incredible customer service. I accidentally ordered unprimed panels and this was amended for me immediately over the phone. Great product too.
