Today is 9/11/25 There physical store location has been closed all week...I put my order in on 9/4/25..I have sent them two inquiry emails this week with no return response! My order #56190 has never been fulfilled nor shipped. I even called their brick and mortar store and left a message. No return call! My order was for $63.09...My next call will be to Chase and the BBB on Monday morning if I don't hear from them...I did a little research and found out that they are on the ELR "Hall of Shame" for being "Bad Actors" Let this review be a "Customer Beware" and proceed with extreme caution.. Because, if this is how they treat their "New" customer's? Then I won't be doing anymore business with them! They actually get a lower rating than Element Vape and they are a straight rip-off!

Finally received my order. It took about 3 weeks. Never got any communication from them ever.

I ordered a week ago. Haven't heard a thing. No order verification. So I called. The phone number is the wrong number. Poor guy that answered the phone said he has had the phone number for 6 months and he gets calls all the time asking where their order is. So the number on their website is wrong. What reputable business does that. I have written to them twice. Haven't heard anything. If I get my order or hear from them, I will update my review. But buyer beware! This was my first order from them. I should have stuck with my regular website.
