Put a order the gingerbread cup had names on there back in early August and still known show on my package!would like my money back please

I also ordered the gingerbread men in a cup. Looked cute, advertised someone lifting it out of the box and looked great. Guess what, mine came in a dirty envelope! A thin piece of plastic that took forever to get. I want what you advertise, that is what I paid for, not what you want to give me. Disgusting!

Your advert for the nurses keychain shows a 3-dimensional item,..with 3-d accessories(stethoscope, pens in pockets, etc.) - yet the actual product is a flat piece or lexan, with a paper-print of the image glued to the back of the plastic!
Shady, sketchy, and dishonest!

Ordered Christmas decoration not at all like it is pictured, it’s a huge cup ( looks 3 dimensional) with 20 santa hats for 25.00 on there site What you get is a window cling and names printed on with what looks like a black market. Don’t waste your money, go to dollar store and make your own. Plus it took 45 days to get it.

Ordered on Aug.5th have not received my order number 722616 paid with card ending 4985.. contracted my card and I was charged.
When will I receive the items I ordered. I hope this was not a scam, be aware people.

Ordered a product that was supposed to ship within 5 days. It has been over a month and all I get is a runaround by their support site. This company should be banned from advertising and selling in th USA.

I order a piece it was shipped and it was in pieces. I contacted them and they was supposed to send another piece and that was weeks ago. I contacted them again and they tell me because of high sales I am in line. I again waited it has been a week 08/28/2026 and have not heard a word from them. So I emailed again not been quite so nice, not rude just insistant. So I guess we will see. This problem has been going on for Months just getting tired of the run around.

I already have a horrific review on here about this company. They are no longer operating under Diyprintstudio. They are back on Facebook and constantly pop up in any app I am in at the time. You can tell it is them by the exact look of their previous items for sale. Just a warning not to get trapped again in their fake company.

Do NOT order from this company. They sent a product with the completely wrong date. Said they would refund my money. Has kept telling me that. My bank is involved now... They are complete SCAM artists!!!!!!!!! Said they would refund my money in every single conversation..... Still have not seen a dime from them. And there products are completely shit!!!!!! BEWARE. . Do not be fooled!!!!!!!!

I ordered a custom name nurse keychain and received what appears to be a paper photo of the item covered with a thick piece of acrylic. I tried to get a refund and they want to charge me $20 to ship the item back when they only paid $5.99 to ship it to me! I shouldn't have to pay anything to return the item. They will not issue a full refund! They only offer a 15% partial refund or a replacement item from their website or a 20% discount coupon towards a future purchase. (I would NEVER order from this place again!) It's unfortunate I was unable to download photos of what was advertised vs. what was received. Pretty pathetic! Rating is actually 0.

The cute appearance of the gingerbread men on a cup of coffee appeared 3 dimensional. What arrived was a flat piece of plastic and cost over 45 dollars. I will gladly return this cheap plastic film for a refund. I told several people how cute it was and they all wanted to order one with family names. I’m glad I got to see this before they also ordered. Refund this, send me an address to return this stupid looking piece of plastic film.

I placed an order for 2 items in May. It is now August and I still haven’t gotten what I ordered. I have asked for a refund four times now and haven’t gotten that either. They continually tell me they will reship the orders. I did received somebody else’s order and contacted them. Then I received one of my two orders with an incorrect date on it. I contacted them again and of course they will re-ship the corrected item. They have placed the blame on the USPS and the shipping company they use. Neither of these companies made the incorrect item. Judging by the order belonging to somebody else that I did received. The items ordered are nothing like the items shown online. You order something that you expect to be a 3D item and it is a flat piece of acrylic with a picture of what you wanted on it. Giving them a one star is being overly generous.

How would I rate my experience?? HORRIBLE SERVICE never delivered waiting nearly one month for a stupid Keychain. Dont order from these people. Now I'm out 35.00 for it. Tracking this so-called package from China ? Had no idea this is where it was coming from. We have personalized Keychains in America why would I buy it from another country!

Do not get involved with DIY PRINT STUDIO. Placed an order June 16th and as of August 7th have received nothing or credit back. Get no response from Customer Service!

I purchased the together forever hearts and it is a big disappointment. What I received is a 2D flat print that I could have done at home. I’m left with a peice of trash. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING GROM TJIS COMPANY. Complete waste of money.

I placed my order and it was confirmed on June 18 2026! It is August 3 now and I still have not received my order! These were items that I was purchasing for gifts for July 4. IF I ever get my order from them, I will never order from them again.

I purchased a 4th of July T-shirt,which came way after the 4th. The T-shirt had 3 hearts in red,white and blue. The hearts were for children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. The names were spelled wrong,the lettering were mismatched some lettering was fancy fonts and some were normal script. My son Robert IV was spelled wrong. Rebert,but the r next to the t was a big cursive r,which overpowered the t! IV the I was a f or a t it had a line across the I. My son name Jacobey was spelled wrong. Instead of e,they put a big cursive s! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone! If,you come across diyprintstudio run as fast as you can! They are scammers! I paid $42 for the T-shirt they add on insurance that you can't take off. I've sent them over 5 pictures of the wrong spelling and they keep telling me the spelling is right and asking for more pictures. You can only contact them through email, there's no number or address. They offered me a 15% refund off of $42! No, I want my $42 back. They also offered me a $40 voucher to spend with the company. No, I don't want to do business with this company you all are a fraud!!! I'm filing a claim with the BBB. They should be shut down!!

I ordered the 4x4 double hearts with names inscribed as a gift for my husband for our 5th anniversary. It looks SO beautiful in the ad! Looks like it's 3D with graceful curves... Very elegant and romantic. The part at the top that looks like its a curve reflecting the light is still just flat, cheap, low quality, thin plastic that is a little bit opaque so it might vaguely give off the impression that it's curved. I was so excited to open it... I wish I had opened it alone because it was so cheap and cheesy that it made me cry. I never would have let him see it if I had opened it first. I have asked to return it. I guess we will see if they actually work with me. Stupidest $30 I ever spent! Stay FAR away from this company!!!

I ordered something for my husband fir our 40th Anniversary and it was sent to Shakopee Mn. And I got 4 army plaques instead. The thing I got was from a warehouse in Chicago Illinois. I don't know how to get my items.
