They took my jumbled emotional words and turned it into the perfect song for my husband. His words…it humbled him. He is not a crier but I cried while watching him listen to the song for the first time.

The song was perfect! Beautiful, moving. It told my husband exactly how I feel about him! Worth every penny!!!

Save your money people! This is a joke and a waste!!! Worst customer service EVER…it’s probably AI customer service just like the songs and it’s a scam and a rip! You may or may not get your song. You may or may not have them do any edits and you’ll be so frustrated that you just give up and lose $130+ dollars for nothing but regret and a headache. I’m so sorry I trusted this company. They should be sued….run from this company and go elsewhere!

Waiting to hear back because I paid for unlimited edits. I’ve reach out through their form and through email 4-5 times and no response. I also used their online contact form that they promise immediate response, and I did this 3 times, so there’s no way they can say email is being filtered…besides, what business actually says that?

It has been a few since my attempts to get customer support, so I’m pretty sure the writing is on the wall. My money was taken and the promised service will not be provided. Does anyone have a phone number for them? I noticed this review is common on other websites and I regret not looking before.

I have written to the customer service department through email AND their online form, there has been NO communication. I wish I would have read ALL the reviews before I wasted my money. I would gladly make this a much better review if the company would do what I paid them to do. I am sad by this and ANGRY that this company would take such advantage of people who are trying to do something so personal and emotional for their loved ones.
