Very disappointed by my new mask but even more disappointed by the lack of 'after sales' service. When I expressed my disappointment I had one email saying someone would phone me but no phone call ever came and further emails were ignored. I had zero satisfaction and the company clearly were not interested in finding out how they could help. Shame as my first experience with them, several years ago, was very good but would definitely NOT recommend now.

So brilliant to be able to see clearly underwater. Prescription perfect and mask a good fit. Service a little slower than promised but really happy with the overall results and pricing well worth it.

So I now need vary focal glasses. Tried every thing with my existing mask but no good. Then I tried someone mask and was impressed enough to try my own. So filled in the form and got my optician to send me my prescription which I forwarded with my order. 28 days later I get my tusa mask (which is brill I have one already) with my lens from dive site fitted and in a good strong box. Well its amazing first time was in a 7m pool, within mins I forgot I was wearing them I could see everything again. Used them at dosthill and it was fantastic. I can see my gauges (I'm side mount) my.computer the camera and the setting, things in the distance everything. I can't recommend them enuff. Wish I had jumped in first time instead of wasting a year.
Only disadvantage is u have to have your prescription and the distance of eye center before you order and it takes 28 days, plan ahead. I'm getting a second set for Christmas

It's a game changer! I am really pleased with the mask and I wish I'd taken the plunge earlier. It has made a huge difference to my diving experience and I've struggled for too long. Would highly recommend.

Liam was excellent with his communication, he reacted quickly to my questions and delivered a perfect product. I would most certainly use Liam (Dive Sight) again.

I ordered prescription lenses to be fitted to my scuba mask and the results have been fantastic. Such a professional job and I can see perfectly which will really enhance my diving experience. Excellent customer service and prompt replies to queries. Would absolutely recommend going nowhere else but here for prescription lenses

As this was my first ever diving mask, I had a lot of questions and I received friendly and patient answers in a quick manner. Very relieved to find a manufacturer who could do my exact prescription, astigmatism accounted for too. I was kept up to date with the progression of my order and it arrived very quickly and safely. I've taken it out 4 times now and I'm so so happy. The quality is great, and the glass crystal clear.

This was my 4th dive mask from dive sight due to my constantly changing prescription.
The mask and lense quality is excellent ( with all 4 ).
Service is great and the finished product is well worth the wait.

Great to be able to see again when diving after several years of struggling both with the gauges and looking into the blue. I have tried a bifocal insert before, but this time went for the Franklin split and well worth the expense.

Bought two masks, one for my daughter and one for me. We're both pretty high prescriptions (I'm -14 in both eyes) but the vision out of the masks are great. I've still to try them on a dive (heading in a week) but feel very comfortable.
Also, Liam was great and rushed through my daughter's so it would arrive in time (a week early and why I wanted to add a review). Highly recommend.

Not long had my second prescription mask from Divesight and all went well from order to delivery.
Having a bespoke prescription mask for scuba diving is well recommended since you go underwater to see things so having the best vision possible is entirely logical.
Good service all round from divesight. The only thing I would advise is, although it did not affect me, is don’t leave your order too late or close to an important date where you may need it as it takes longer than getting a pair of glasses from the opticians.

Very late request for a potential diver was turned around with the tight time frame and works perfectly for me as I dive here in Egypt. The team were perfect and special thanks to Liam Ward who after several emails and most likely a lot of patience his side I have perfect vision in the sea. The reading lenses are too low down in the ask, making it very difficult to use them.

Great company have used them twice now, with most recent upgrade to a Franklin lense for my mask , great work by Liam and the team

Having noticed that i was struggling to see my dive gauges with my distance lenses on a recent dive holiday to Indonesia, Dive Sight was a suggested company to go to. Liam was very helpful and informative, so decided to take up their 50% offer and have the Franklin split lenses in my own mask. I was made aware of the timescale for return, so was not an issue for me. When my mask arrived i was amazed how clear and perfect my vision was wearing the mask. Thanks Dive Sight for a 1st class service.

Used mask for the first time this weekend, crystal clear vision. Sent my new Tusa mask to Dive Sight, had lenses fitted to the top two thirds, leaving the bottom third normal for reading my dive gauges.
Only disappointment was seeing a 50% off deal a couple of weeks after paying full price. Anyway, no arguing about the quality of the work. First class.

I have never had such BAD Customer service.
Could never get hold of anyone to talk to and any message left took days to get a reply.
Two weeks after prescription was sent and was received by them they then said they were waiting for me to send it, as a result had to cancel a course that I needed it for and a trip that the course was being done for.
Have not used the mask yet but have tried it on and the lenses are good
