Very Bad scam site, do not buy anything off them

The backs of the pins either would not come off or they broke as I was trying to get them off. I requested a refund 11 days ago and sent photos. They responded by asking for photos, so I sent more photos. After 4 days of no refund and no communication, I emailed again. It's now been 4 more days, and I've sent another email as there's been no communication for over a week and no refund. Do not give this company a penny. Their product is cheap and they won't make it right. They're basically thieves.

I purchased Punch-free Smart Sensor Magnetic Rechargeable LED Lights 6 pieces. Don’t even consider buying them as they work sporadically and when asked for a full refund I was first offered $2 USD, they then upped the offer to $7 for product I paid $31.13USD. I consider this to be very poor service.

The product (magnetic phone holder) was useless as it could not hold the phone. Seller does not want to refund the purchase amount but offering a ridiculous $2.

Arrived promptly with reliable customer service and decent quality; solar lighting works nicely, creating pleasant ambiance in my garden.

Lamp looks appealing at night but brightness could be a little stronger.

Lights look lovely and stylish outdoors; brightness decent but slightly longer battery life beneficial.

Arrived securely packaged and worked smoothly out of the box. Pretty neat design that lights up beautifully at night, adding a cool touch to the garden. Seems durable enough to handle weather, feels like decent value overall.

Order heated vest, described as including battery pack! It Didn't arrive with one! So far I have Been given run around from the customer service! After reading the other reviews I'm not confident I'll get it resolved! Plus the vest is poor quality! Hopefully these reviews help put them out of the business of ripping people off!

I read all of the reviews on Thier page before ordering and thought great...wish I'd of come here first 🫣 same as others on here bought the heated jacket, no battery pack. Offered $3 refund. Asked them to send it to me and then heard nothing since.
Tried 3 times to review on Thier page but funnily enough they keep getting taken down

I would give this company zero if I could. Waited nearly a month for my heated body warmer to find there was no power pack which was included in price. Was told it was in package then th old Ty hey would compensate me 2usd. I ordered power pack fron Amazon which cost £18 to find the only heat I get is in lower back. The company rob you out of your money. Don’t waste your time or money on this company. You WILL be disappointed

If I could give zero I would. False advertising, shocking customer care. They will send the wrong item and then blame you! Don’t trust, don’t buy from them and avoid at all costs. I ordered two heated vests with batteries no batteries arrived!!! Vest is useless without them.

Ordered a heated vest arrived with no powerpack so can't use it showed them add where it says powerpack supplied they tell.me dosent need one just switch it on argued back and forth with them waste of time they offered me an £8 refund on a total purchase of £40 ridiculous customer service

Do not use. They don't send all of the item. Try to get the rest,you have no chance. They say it was all packed, but it was not. Refund, no chance. Shocking company

Habe eine Puppe erhalten die überhaupt nicht den gezeigten Bildern entspricht, wollte eine Rückerstattung,seit dem keine Nachricht erhalten. Alles Betrug!!!!!

Do NOT do business with this company (which is recorded as Abiaqecee Co.Ltd on PAYPAL). I bought a product from their website off a Facebook advert. I disputed the purchase through Paypal as being NOT what I had believed I was ordering and requested a full refund. I was told to return the item with proof, which I duly did. Paypal later reported the company had agreed to a full refund upon return of the item. I managed to track my package all the way to CHINA, after which my case was closed by Paypal with NO REFUND due to insufficient proof provided - which is NOT true, as I provided a full quota of proof of returned cargo. So I am out of pocket for a product NOT AS DESCRIBED from China, along with the shipping costs of returning that item. BE WARNED!

This is a total Scam. Your telling me to be nice, wait a minute, you scammed me out of $53.60. I feel like a complete idiot.

Horrible bras! Nothing whatsoever resembling the description.
Just how they get away with it baffled me until trying to deal with them in an effort to return their garbage items for a refund!
The first contact was with a bot, followed by dismissive email replies offering a less than 10% refund… and suggesting that I ordered the wrong item as they insisted they shipped the correct item according to their records … HAHAHA!
DO NOT PURCHASE OR BE PREPARED TO LOSE EVERYTHING YOU PAID THEM!
Even PayPal is not helping!
