Excellent company,service was second to…

Excellent company,service was second to none,goods I ordered ie drone registration card,and drone operator stickers,if I ever lose my drone hopefully I will get if back if someone scans the QR code,delivery was quick,I will use them again

Very good value

These drone ID stickers and flyer ID card are the real deal. You get so much for £5.99 - 5 stickers with an easy positioning tag and a very slick ID card to keep with you. All of the QR codes work perfectly and it all comes in a neat sealed bag. Very professional. I can't tell at this stage how durable the stickers will be in the event of a forced landing but hopefully, I'll never find out.

They said I sent a picture of my telly…

They said I sent a picture of my telly to upload to my drone license you would have thought they would have told me so I could have sent another one of myself to put on my card but no nothing when I emailed they were no help at all will not use again absolutely useless they just take your money.

as per the other review you left us on the same order....

When you customise your card on our system it shows you what it will look like before we print it, you have then have to sign it off by clicking the 'I confirm' button. In addition certain cards such as the CAA cards must pass a verification check, this is where we ask you to upload a copy of the CAA certificate. We messaged you asking you to do this as you had chosen a close-up picture of a person on a screen, this is not a CAA certificate. You then added this but did not upload your 'passport style photo' which you seem to be quite hung-up upon. You would have seen what the card was going to look for a second time when you uploaded your certificate, but still chose to 'confirm' your card despite having an option to modify it. You made contact and we would have sent a replacement but ask you to cover the postage, your response was rude. We are completely out of magical pixie dust and cannot read minds, we print exactly what the customer signs off on, which is exactly what we did for you, however you seem to believe we were no help when in fact our customer log shows we made contact with you a number of times. This is not valid review from peter but it is a result of an entitled person that has access to the internet

Good quality but not what I asked for.

Great quality mug, but it came plain instead of the requested customisations even though the customisation was entered on the website and confirmed via email. Can’t fault the customer service and delivery, but there might be something wrong with the online ordering systems.

Update:
After response and looking at the website again more thoroughly, it appears to be user error (i.e. me). Unfortunately I was on duty when the two phone calls were made and didn’t want to call back during unsocial hours. I was also ordering it on behalf of a technophobic relative, who wanted to give it to me as a gift. I will reorder and look for the save button. Thank you.

Hi Mike, we remember this order as we tried to get in contact with you on many occasions as you had not saved any customisation info at all (you must click save). We called you and left voicemail explaining this. You approved 'blank' artwork twice (the first time we un-approved it as we thought it must be a mistake). But not being able to make contact with you and the artworks was signed off blank twice we went ahead and printed your mug as per the artwork shown on your screen when you approved it. We will re-print a mug for you and just ask that you cover the postal cost.
