It was really great service, had no issues at all keep up the great work guys

The weights are great just t ook a long time to get them

They took for ever to get my item. They kept saying next week , next week. I needed the item for my gym. I told them to cancel my order twice. The second time I had to send a nasty email. They said they were going to cancel my item. Turns up 4 weeks after. They never refunded me.

Easy to work with. Clear communication and made amends when something didn't go well. all signs of a great company.

Having had a few weeks to put these grips to good use, I can say that my back training has been taken to another level.
Using these grips, the pulling feels much more natural and you can actually feel your back muscles with each rep, I’ve even felt muscle soreness in new areas of my back.
Highly recommend this set!

The pull down bars I received are awesome very well made an a really good quality I'm super happy with them

I was so happy with the customer service that direct fitness provided. My bumper plates are such good quality and absolutely love them.
My husband loves the new grips that we got.
I would definitely recommend purchasing from these guys and will definitely be looking at more in the future

Although I think the company offers a great product line, reasonable prices and some variety to the competition, I have to be honest, I have had a really bad experience and am unlikely to want to buy anything from here in the future.

I understand that many factors to my experience were not within Districtfitness's ability to control, Covid 19 has affected manufacturing, shipping, ports, transportation and staffing levels at stores, which is why I have been patient and not cancelled my order and asked for a refund.

My order was placed in May and still has not arrived and it is now September.

Despite the Covid delays the reasons why my experience has been poor is as follows:

1. Paying full price for the goods on pre order.
2. Absolutely no contact or status reports given unless I contacted first.
3. Given too many false promises

Having to chase up the status of my order after months of silence from the company was very frustrating.

Being told that it would arrive by a certain date, then having that date pass by, then having to make contact after even more silence.... again, very frustrating.

Having the date change by 2- 3 weeks after you were told it would be here months earlier...... you guessed it, VERY FRUSTRATING!

For the record, my product has been in the country for about 2 weeks now and I am no closer to getting it (as of a status check yesterday) than I was when I ordered it.

So to anyone who is thinking of doing a pre-order.... Just consider this, it could be MONTHS before you so much as even hear about your product, you won't be kept updated about it's status, and there will be no rush or compensation in any form to get the product to you or compensate you for the wait and frustration.

And that doesn't even factor in if there is any damage to the product or if it is different to what you ordered in anyway.

If we were in non Covid times, perhaps it would be different but as it stands currently, pretty disappointing experience over all.

Slow too reply too correspondances, could not meet already slow expected delivery times and have a hard to find refund policy which can not be easily navigated through their website

Excellent service in trying times with freight, updates on your order’s is excellent. Also very prompt on orders . Excellent business to deal with.

Fantastic service and super quick delivery

Friendly guys and really professional. The service was great and the product is amazing.

The guys at district fitness were quick to reply and the service just continued to get better. They were flexible with pick up times and disassembled the equipment to fit into my car, bubble wrapped and all.
You can't go wrong for price and quality of their products either!
