No matter what stage you're at in your buying process, as long as you're committed and driven, you NEED to sign up to District 34. There is always something you'll need clarity on and John & the team are ALWAYS there for any questions. My favourite thing is that all the advice given is completely tailored to you & every single little aspect of your life. You will walk away from your meeting or private club meetings/events feeling so empowered and motivated. So if you don't want to rent for the rest of your life, sign up!

I signed up with no idea where to start in regards to buying a home as a first time buyer. Having a one-to-one with John really helped me to understand what I need to be looking out for and he provided me with resources that will aid this. The resources available are amazing!

Bought my home through John and was very impressed with his knowledge of the area including future plans. He has clearly well informed and utilises facts and statistics when discussing property/land instead of the 'general feel' like a lot of other people do. I managed to buy my first home through John on the District 34 team. It was off-plan as part of a bulk deal, so it was at a price that I believe was cheaper than through any other route. Certainly the value has risen and I've been living in it for over 4 years now. And while a good deal is what you always look for, what I appreciated most was the transparency and guidance through the financials and the purchase process - especially as a nervous first time buyer.

John from District 34 assisted with my first home purchase as part of a bulk deal in London SE8. He managed to directly secure a bulk discount from the developer, passing down significant savings for his clients (which would have been unlikely for individual buyers to receive). Additionally, he provided data analytics demonstrating the purchase to be of deep value. His analysis has proven to be correct and in line with the market since. Very pleased with his service!

Lastly, and most importantly for a homeowner or investor, from my experience, John does not provide advice as an agent with only the transaction in mind. He backs his recommendations with hard data analysis, which is an important value-add for his clients.

District 34 is a shining beacon of hope for young people in an age where buying property seems like an impossible task. The founder, John Kim, is an exceptional man, with great knowledge and even greater charisma.

His platform isn't selling property or loans, but rather making the process of saving to owning very simple and affordable by already utilising products on the market. District 34 simply is about making the saving journey more realistic as well as highlighting what to watch for in the market.

I'd highly recommend for any young people about to finish uni to sign up district 34, open a LISA and start saving. There's no time like the present, and with district 34, there's no better company to have.

I've been apart of Distrcit 34 for a couple of months now and finally took the leap to join the home buyers club and take it a bit more seriously.
The data alone that John uses is worthwhile, as it gives an impressive insight to properties with everything we'd require with a click, no need to have to continously scroll.
It's also encouraging to see so many others in the same boat as myself, that we're all taking a stand towards that property ladders, that it's all real people and that it's more than possible.
And then there's the other resources. I'd like to think of myself as quite thorough at researching from my line of work but even sometimes it's hard to understand things with loads of jargon and information from different places. District 34 gives us two templates when joining home buyers club to input 3 simple things and yet it gives you so much information on your position and statues and will work as great motivation. I also thoroughly appreciate the jargon busters, discussions and opinions we can have in webinars (usually events pre-rona) just so things can become clear and digestible way before I've commited to something I can't get hold of.

Sorry for rambling but my honest review is go for it. If you're serious about home ownership there is only good that could come from this, no matter if you can do so in 12months to 3 years.

I’m in the process of house hunting (first time buyer) so got in contact with District 34 after attending one of their free webinars 2 weeks ago. During a consultation with John (one of the co-founders), we ran through my housing needs (e.g transport links, gyms, flooding risk etc...) and he used his magically data tool to help me locate areas that fit my requirement. Honestly, I’ve never come across a tool that’s been so helpful in helping me decide potential relocation spots (I had 10 locations in mind beforehand and I’ve been able to narrow this down to 2 areas). Purchasing a home is a substantial investment, so it’s nice being able to see data backing my purchase decision - giving me the confidence I need to move forward in this process.
