I recently purchased a display showcase from displaybox, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The quality of the showcase speaks for itself . What really stood out, though, was the level of customer service. From the very first enquiry to delivery, Ian went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was responsive, attentive, and genuinely cared about getting things right. It’s rare these days to come across a company that treats its customers this well. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for premium showcases backed by incredible service.

Die Moducase Vitrinen sind natürlich auch hervorragend, aber bevor ich die Wartezeit von mehreren Monaten oder gar über einem Jahr in aus Singapur auf mich nehme, würde ich jederzeit wieder liebend gerne bei Displaybox bestellen.

I genuinely can not recommend display box enough. I have wanted a quality display case for my collection for a while and needed to contact them with questions. Simon got back to me with an hour and even suggested how I could save 5% on my order.
I went ahead and ordered and the whole kit was with me in 2 days. I was stunned.
Have put the display cases up and they are incredible. You won't regret ordering from them if you want quality display cases for your collection.

I already have two Moducases from the Singapore website, so I was excited to see a UK based company were an official distributor.

I ordered early on Wednesday morning and by lunchtime I already had an email from UPS saying they had my item. It was delivered the following day.

The item was well packaged and was exactly what I hoped for.

Only minor issue was paying by ApplePay. Maybe it’s just me, but it couldnt be processed, so I needed to switch to PayPal.

Mono display unit arrived quickly, though there was minor damage from UPS. Fortunately, the internal packing prevented any serious issues. DisplayBox helped me get replacement parts with no hassle. The instructions for the Mono case could have been clearer, but I got great support by messaging their WhatsApp contact. Overall, highly recommend—great site with excellent customer service and aftercare!
