My local channels are all distorted and I can’t watch them, sad I pay to watch and local channels are included in my subscription, but the picture is scrambled like there is a severe weather storm and a poor signal it was like that for two months they fixed the problem now it started all over again

This is by far the absolute worst service provider I have ever had. I just cancelled their service because we are moving and our community doesn’t allow satellite dishes. They were aggressive, argumentative and told me that it was my responsibility to take down part of the actual dish and send it to them along with my rented hopper at my own cost. They send you a very pricey box to return these things in. My contract does not state that and I argued that I would not do so because of it. The tv lineup is horrible, the actual performance was awful and I have never been so glad to get rid of a company in my life. Paying $170.00 to cancel Dish network is money well spent. I do not recommend this company or their horrible service (of all types). CONSUMER BEWARE: Do NOT sign a contract with Dish Network.

20 + year customer who cancelled 9/03/24.Tired of constantly negotiating a monthly rate,short or long term.They raise rates every year.Phone calls to review service are long and passed around to different people.Too many better options are available.

Absolutely horrible service . Three weeks ago our system took a power hit. 3 techs, three new Hoppers , three new Joeys, moving of the dish itself to face another direction and STILL OUT! Bad customer service from another country. Finally screamed enough to get a mgr in America and she blew us off. We are done . Getting rid of Dish by the end of the month. 3 weeks of this

Use to love my dish and their customer service was great! But holy Wha! Who can afford these prices anymore? Sorry Dish, I'm out! I'm done with the increases because of greedy networks. Back when I first had dish it was 36 dollars a month. I bought home about $380 a week. Now $156 for a comparable package and bring home just about $790. Your prices have quadrupled in the same time my wages have barely doubled. Obviously just another piece of corporate America trying to see how they can rob the little guy.

Dish customer service is the worst I have met. I spoke to 10 different representative and all they do is say, "let me connect you to the right department." I have been speaking with 10 different people for almost 1 hour. Waiting time was long and the customer service do not know how to address the problems so they just connected me and pass me around. Dish, you are wasting your money on this people. Now I am never getting back to dish.

The channel packages are a scam, my husband and I feel cheated!

After 13 years with dish I told them to shove it For the last 6 months my bill keeps going up. When I call they want to give me another plan Then the next month same thing I told them tonight to shut it off The guy then says you will have to pay a termination fee for you are under a contract Lol why is my bill keep going up then if I’m under a contract Make no sense to me You suck Dish

Well the pipe that holds the satellite dish rusted of at the ground. Called dish, the guy said cant get out here for 5 days! What kind of BS is this? And we pay extra for insurance to cover problems! Direct TV here we come! Atleast with direct tv repairs were fast and didnt pay for extra insurance to cover repairs!

Dish Network has the worst sports package of any of the cable providers in America.... I went to them for a $500 gift card bad decision , the dish Network is a terrible
Entertainment package! Every time it rains you can't watch TV a suggest you go to your DVR it's just not good! Bad decision on my part, I don't think I'm even going to honor my contract with them because they don't provide a good product! It's almost as if they try to be better than they are so their equipment doesn't make it keeps rebooting and crapping out terrible terrible terrible

Horrible customer service. They route your calls to the Phillipines. I had a service call scheduled between 8am-12pm today, and they still haven't showed up. I'm beyond fed up with the lack of professionalism, off-shoring customer service, and the satellite service that goes out with minor rain showers.

Hate them, record shows, mark keep until I delete, 70+0/0 space available, shows randomly disappear.

•Their equipment failed.
•They said that the Dish box needed to be replaced.
•They replaced the box.
•We called to cancel, and they are charging us $350 to cancel, stating that we entered into a new contract because of the new box and that the contract has not expired.
•We would not have needed a new box if their box hadn't failed.
•We have been with them since 1999, and this is no way to treat loyal customers.

I have been a customer for SEVEN years. Paid my bill in full, on time every month, all 7 years. Installer put my dish post in the ground with no concrete so of course it corroded and fell over eventually. That was at least late April. I repeatedly tried to get an appointment scheduled for them to fix it, to no avail. I called today to get a credit for the months of no service and to cancel my account. Nope. They won’t credit my account and can “schedule me for a future disconnection.” That’s what you get for seven years of loyalty as a customer to Dish Network - to have half your Sunday wasted arguing with customer service and to ultimately have your credit damaged by the company that didn’t keep up THEIR end of the contract, not the other way around. Another day, another dollar.

Dish has the WORST Customer Service. There quick to not assist you. There quick to say oh its nothing we can do. I have been with this Company 8 years. At this point will be looking for another provider..

I have had dish for 2 years now and am strongly disappointed with dish. They have played the same old movies now for 2 years. They just keep rearranging them on different networks. They do this to encourage the subscribers to buy on demand movies. I will canceling dish in a day or two. What a scam they have going! I pay 130.00 dollars a month and have nothing to watch only thing different is the news junk programming.

Screwed me out of $300 and don’t care. Do not use Dish!

Unordered charges keep showing up on my bill and they say they can't do anything about it. $74.99 for some wrestling event. We never watch wrestling or even know where those channels are. They won't take the charge off and the agent on online chat just basically blew me off.

Policy worst service ever. Shows quit in the middle of a program . Too many times the show is unavailable. Going back to Xfinity. Cheaper and better

Don't sign up for DISH TV unless you want terrible customer service and unexpected fees; cannot cancel service online - you have to call in during the time they are open then listen to them try and talk you out of it or sell something else.
