Ordered item when arrived not as advertised returned unopened for full refund still waiting. bought through ebay as a guest ebay total waste of time. emailed no response.be advised stay well away.

I've ordered 2 packages about 3 weeks ago now and nothing has come. The website is currently down and I have also sent a direct email and heard nothing yet. Current date is 13feb2022 and I ordered my packages around 25th Jan. I've ordered a product from the site once before and it came on time,so I'm just waiting. I got emails for both of them getting sent yet nothing has come.

I placed an order fir 3 items over £60 since November 7 2021 and it’s now 1st of February 2022, still no sign of my items, I have called the fake number they put up is does not connect and have sent over 10emails to them still no reply

Ordered and paid straight away and yet no delivery. They will take your money and simply not supply what you order despite it being in stock. Warning also, your PayPal transaction indicates exactly what you have ordered, so no discretion there.
You can buy the same elsewhere from more reputable companies so don’t get conned here.
No answer to emails, phone calls and messages.
Absolutely disgraceful performance and a ‘business’ that deserves to be out of business.

Ordered something and paid next day delivery, item still hasn’t turned up and no response from customer services

Item never arrived, no response to 3 emails and no calls returned to 2 answer machine messages. Absurd that this is allowed to happen

Ignorant when it comes to having an issue with there product. Been ignored since 2/10/20 wouldn’t buy from them

I placed two orders, the first order arrived but it was damaged and faulty. I notified the company and have been trying to get that item back to them, but I refuse to pay for postage!! - NO REPLY!

Second order arrived BUT this is where I am most disgusted I received an empty box, the box with the instructions was inside but no product or cable. Now I cannot automatically accuse DPD because I was not there to see how the package was handled but there was no visible damage to the parcel so it makes you wonder.
I’m not someone who sticks with weight all through time because you can buy a pre-pod label with one weight and that’s not the actual weight of that item.
I sent them an email about this and I have not got any reply!!!

NEVER AGAIN, complete cowboy company and now I’m going to have to raise two disputes with my card company and I’m very frustrated! Please avoid because it’s not worth the hassle!!!!!!!

Absolutely amateur company. I placed an order with next day furst class post & didn’t receive it until 2 weeks later in which time I spoke to the boss who promised to call me back but I’m still waiting & 4 emails later I’m still waiting. I just sent it straight back as I had already bought a gift in Ann summers at least you kno what your dealing with there so No it’s a bigNoNo for me 👎🏼

I placed an order last week and in 3 places (screenshotted) on the site, it claims that all free UK delivery is free. I was charged £3.99 at checkout. I’ve called several times, finally received an email with the promise of a customer service call by close of play on 2nd Oct. Nothing. I will contact trading standards and not stop until this terrible customer service is resolved!

very quick delivery however 1 product broken and emailed support and have had no reply and has now been over 48hrs. if your buying something that cant break then buy from here otherwise find another site

After receiving a faulty item, and returning said item, I was assured that a replacement had been shipped, that was over 10days ago! Despite several emails, phone call messages, website messages I have still not heard back from the company. No sign of a credit either! SO BE VERY CAREFUL purchasing from this company.

The postage was great and i would definitely recommend to a friend.

Product was broken when it arrived. Despite numerous emails and telephone messages I have been unable to contact anyone to sort this out. Considering the t&c's detail that I must contact them within 36 hours of receiving the product this has been impossible. I won't be recommending this company to anyone else.
