To be honest I mostly watched it for Street Outlaws. Now that they’re not showing it or many other car and truck related shows there’s just not much there for me entertainment wise. I understand it’s a learning channel but it’s lost allot of it’s entertainment in most of the shows it shows… Hopefully 🤞🏻 another channel/streaming service will pick up the Street Outlaws where it left off and continue to produce the show and all it’s spin offs:)

This app is so bad, you can't even browse content or it locks up from such bad lag. The commercials are very excessive and often break the app, as well as repeats the same ad over and over. Every free service I've tried runs better than this--even pluto. This is in no way worth money.

Ive paid for the new subscription to watch cycling which is now a sub-standard service as not only being 5x more expensive it includes adverts! Im really disappointed - hopefully another rival provider comes along in the future that is there for the cycling fan!

Subscribed to discovery plus as I had no choice if I wanted to watch superbikes. Paid the rip off price only to find it frequently fails to open on my pc. complete rip off and crap service.

Have been watching cycling on platform for 2 years with no issues and at a reasonable cost. Now they have hiked the price up by £20 to watch cycling…. Went to pay and after 4 hours the support tried to blame my bank (turns out it wasn’t my banks faults) then said I had tried too many times (due to the discovery+ system not working). The overall experience since the change has really left a sour taste and I would recommend looking for another source as discovery+ since the changeover has lost its ability to provide quality service at a reasonable price.

I did not receive ANY notification that Discovery plus were dropping the Standard rate subscription! If I had I would have cancelled straight away. I only subscribe for the Eurosport content finding the rest of their content as appealing as a snot sandwich, utter inane rubbish. When I finally found "their" explanation for dropping the service it became clear that far from increasing choice you are left with none! Premium rip off price or basic for rubbish! Some "choice". Needless to say I cancelled straight away and I fervently hope that many many others vote in the same way.

The removal of discovery+ standard is disgusting. To watch the winter sports and cycling throughout the year will now cost nearly 5x as much again. Daylight robbery and totally unjustified. As a disabled person living on a budget I cannot afford this draconian increase and will greatly miss the afternoon's happily spent watching the cycling and the other sports that used to be available. Nothing but greed and a very ill thought-out decision. Guess bezos wants a bigger boat.......

Was so looking forward to watching Drew Pritchard's new programme about restoring his Georgian house but can't as no subtitles. This is something every programme should have so that those of us that need them can watch TV. Very disappointing.

I've recently signed up, because it's the only way I can watch motorbike racing.
Trying to navigate around the TV is like pulling teeth 🤬
It constantly jumps around, or out of the channel you're on. If you do eventually manage to navigate to the right place, be prepared for loads of adverts at the beginning.
Whatever you do, don't try to use the search function. You can type in your search, it will find loads of stuff, just not what you're searching for.
The interface looks awful too, that doesn't really bother me. But at £30.99 per month I feel I deserve better.
If it was 1980 this may be acceptable, but it isn't.

I've had an Eurosport subscription for over 10 years to watch Superbike racing. For this entire period the subscription was just under £4 a month.

Discovery Plus took over the rights and my subscription was transferred over. To start it was the same price for an introductory offer amd after the offer it then would go to £8 a month. This was double whay I had been paying but I decided to keep the subscription.

Anyway, today I went to watch Superbikes and I couldn't, as I now to to upgrade to the higher subscription to be able to do so which is an eye watering £360 a year!!!

So in less that a year its gone over 700%

This sort of increase should be criminal.

The recent price hike from £6.99 to £30.99 is insane and totally unacceptable! We used it to watch the cycling, which btw was about £4 per month with GCN before discovery took that over.
Coverage has been amazing, but I can't justify paying this much more for a service which will include loads of other sports I don't want.
You can dress it up with all the corporate BS about sport ecosystem and simplified offerings for users, but at the end of the day it's just holding the fans of lesser sports to ransom to fund football.

Absolute disgrace that they are expecting sports fans to pay £31 per month instead of £6.99 now Eurosport and TNT Sports are merging. How on earth can you expect people to pay that! I mainly watch it for ski jumping and paying £31 per month to watch the ski jumping is daylight robbery. You will loose a ton of sports fans and have joined the disgraceful group of media companies that are continuing to punish sports fans that don't have mega bucks to afford these crazy sports subscriptions.
The TV app is absolutely rubbish, it buffers and freezes constantly, but I persevered as it was the only place I could watch my favourite sport.
AVOID DISCOVERY PLUS EVERYONE!!

You can get Sky TV package for less than that !!

Trying to watch Champions League on BT. HD won't work. SD pixelated.
Shocking Internet. Thought I'd try Discovery Plus via the app and cast to TV via 4G Simplies. NOT.
App wouldn't work couldn't log on wouldn't accept password changes etc etc. Helpline useless.
I've given up and bought Starlink for some decent Internet. Will be cancelling both BT and Discovery Plus.
More rubbish for us Brits that I'm not prepared to accept any more.

90 days fiance, crime series and cooking/food programmes are my favourites there, then the occasional moving abroad programme. There are lots to choose from so I love it and I have been subscribed since 2022! I also watched all my favourite games from Paris Olympics. I am a huge fan of DiscoveryPlus!

They advertise shows and channels that aren't actually available to stream. I had to subscribe before I could get a real answer about which shows and channels are actually available. This did not include the show that I was specifically signing up to watch, despite reading on the website that it was included. When I contacted customer service I got a generic email about how sometimes licenses for shows and channels expire. I checked their list of channels available and the channel I wanted is still listed as being included, when it actually is not.

I like discovery plus, but my one dislike is they take too long to get new content. If a show is running on discovery Channel, why isn't it on discovery plus? Makes no sense.

Nothing but adverts.
Don't waste your time purchasing this as you will spend most of your time watching adverts.

OMG. The amount of ads is shocking. Any chance I can get a refund. I signed up for this shite for a year and all I am doing is watching adverts.
