I have purchased several rings from, this company, over the past three or so years. All of the rings have been beautiful. The stones they use may not be the very top best quality, but that kind of quality comes with a huge price tag. These rings are much cheaper, yet they are made from sterling silver, and in some cases, gold plate over the silver (at least that is what I purchase) beautifully crafted, and I receive a lot of compliments when I wear them (which is every day!). These craft people are very talented. I highly recommend this company, and I will be purchasing more from them. These ARE QUALITY PRODUCTS!

I ordered a ring almost two months ago, and have not received it. Customer service has stopped responding to me.

The jewelry is cute, and was advertised through the shop app. Unfortunately, I think the company might be a scam. I would avoid.

Ordered two items, received one and never received the other. Sent them 3 emails and nothing. I’m shocked that I ordered through Shopify shop app and it’s impossible to get a hold of the store now. My order url link is broken, can’t find the site anymore. It can’t even be found on the shop app anymore! These are total scams. What a horrible thing to do to people, advertise this “wonderful artisan jewelry” and then completely deceive people. Shame on them!

I would rate less than one star if I could! Scam scam scam!!! I ordered through Shopapp! I can’t believe you can order with shopapp and get scammed!!! Makes me sick!!!

Pls send seller money from January to May, my account Aurolius. And why your website is close?

I ordered a ring mid January, checked in with Discovered for delivery updates the beginning of April (2.5 months after purchase) and received the standard reply of “hand crafted” “artisan” “orders shipped within 3 weeks” blah blah blah. I then reviewed the shop, was given the exact same response, and then they deleted my review. I checked in AGAIN last week and… nothing. I asked for a refund and… nothing. Basically, Discovered is just a scam and I definitely learned a lesson. It’s literally over 3 months now and it’s safe to assume I won’t receive the ring, nor a refund. Damn. That stings. Currently working with my bank to contest the transaction, which is super fun. Discovered, you suuuuuuuck.

Edit- I received no such emails indicating a wrong address and, in fact, have the exact same address from when I ordered a previous item. Nothing changed except for Discovered’s inability to accept responsibility for messing up. Spreading false information would be me saying that Discovered is awesome, because, after reading all the other most current reviews, you suuuuuuuuuuuck. Oh, and I received no refund so Discovered is: A scam, they lie, and they steal.

The send time was too long. I had forgotten I have ordered anything and was surprised when it arrived. I realized after ordering, the items are not made in the U.S. so I will not order again. I buy items made in the U.S. when possible.

STAY AWAY! Ordered a ring two weeks ago and Discovered has not even shipped it. A merchant could easily complete this type of transaction within five business days, which was what Discovered promised on the webpage for this item. I can't cancel the order because it's over the 24 hour period since the order per Discovered's "policy".

I love how Discovered makes a difference, helping artisans in emerging countries. I did not expect the quality of the products to be so high though. I was amazed when I received my bracelet and I'll surely buy again from this platform.

I have ordered many times and some orders have taken longer than others. I understand it may take longer and it's reflected in the price.

One of my orders was lost during the sending but the team at Discovered helped and had one resent and I was very happy with the service.

I ordered a ring for my daughter for the holidays on November 6. It supposedly shipped November 9. When I tried to track it, there was no information available. When I reached out, weeks later when it still hadn't arrived, I was told it was in transit. It took writing 5 times over another 2 weeks (now it was six weeks of being told it was in transit) before they admitted it might be lost. I requested a refund, as there was no way this would arrive for the holidays. They ignored me and reshipped another, on December 19, which definitely won't meet my needs. They were unresponsive, did not follow up to find out where in transit my purchase was, and waited far too long to attempt to resolve it. And when they finally did, they did not honor my request.
While their items are beautiful, there's no guarantee that you receive them. Go somewhere else to support local artists.

I bought a moonstone silver necklace for my mother and she loves it. I was really impressed with the diverse choice and quality of goods that are offered. All are well made and look great. Anyone would find that perfect gift for a loved one, friend or even to treat themselves.
I will return to buy again and again.
