Great, fast service from Jack, even considering the current situation.

My partner and I were both in the market for a car. I found the car I wanted on Discover Car Leasing for the best price but the car my partner wanted was more expensive than elsewhere. Toby was my point of contact and price matched my partners car so I placed an order for both.
Hers was in stock (Skoda Scala) so it only took a couple of weeks, we took delivery of it and are very pleased. The process was smooth, simple and well explained.
I am just waiting on mine being manufactured, god knows when that'll be now, and hope to leave a similar review for that.

We dealt with Jack who was great, any questions or queries were dealt with easily and efficiently. The car we ordered was a Skoda Kodiaq, very pleased with the car. The order was placed in October with delivery in Feb, so plan ahead! This was a Skoda supply issue as they are extremely popular!! We did order a beige interior which is fantastic but may have caused an delay. Really pleased highly recommended.

Had my new lease car for about a week new and wanted to leave a review. Discover Car Leasing had a great deal on the car I wanted, for the duration and deposit amount that I was happy pay. We had a delay on the car deliver but that was down to the car manufacturer, not the lease company. Jack kept me informed of the progress of my order was happy to ask any questions I had. My wife’s lease is up and a few months and I will be contacting Discover Car Leasing for another car.

Problems with paper work, delivery and payment leading to many phone calls and emails.With Discover blaming Stone Acre and Stone Acre blaming Discover - communication was poor. Had I not actively chased up a promised payment from the broker I could have gone over £1000 overdrawn when Seat's initial payment came out.

A far from smooth process which took up too much of my time and caused unnecessary stress.Stuck between this company and Stone Acre (with neither one willing to resolve things with the other) - it's a case of 'the customer is never right'.
