Well Packed and Received in a Timely Manner
I received my order in a timely manner. Everything was well packed and seems to be in order, although I haven't yet installed the chlorine generator to verify it works.
I was disappointed in the short, unterminated power cord. It was only about 4-1/2 feet long, and I would have had to purchase a plug to plug it in to a 120V receptacle. So I purchased a $15 120V appliance pigtail in order to reach the power outlet. One might think when you spend $1000 on an item, they would include an adequate power cord.

The packaging looked like it went…
The packaging looked like it went through hell, twice, to get to my house. Box was crushed and product scraped up. Contacted Support via chat last week and haven’t heard from them. Concerned that it maybe be cracked.
