No confirmation
I ordered an item and received no confirmation email. As I assumed that the transaction had not gone through I ordered elsewhere. I then notified them through the website of this situation and cancelled the order.
The only communication I have now had is an email to say that the item is en route, more than a day after I emailed with my experience .
No phone number, so I have now emailed again asking for a full refund including postage. Every other online purchase is always confirmed by email.

After placing your order, you are immediately taken to an order confirmation page which confirms your order. Every order is then automatically sent an email confirmation right after. The only explanation we have for why you might not have received this is because it got caught in your junk or spam filter, but regardless, we are sorry you did not see this. The email you received later was to confirm your order had been processed which is separate to the order confirmation email.
This happened on a Saturday and your emails were picked up on Monday morning and we are in the process of arranging a refund with you and we very much look forward to getting this resolved.
Unfortunately we don't operate a phone line to keep costs down, but perhaps we should look into a way for more urgent queries to be picked up sooner, so we appreciate your feedback.

Excellent Savings & Service - Recommend
Everything I ordered came as described and very quickly at a hugely discounted price to that everywhere else. Really pleased and will order from Discount Sales 365 again.

No response from emails
I ordered 18 9v batteries advertised with 5yrs of shelf life but when they arrived more than half had just over 3 yrs and the others 4yrs. I dropped them an email to request a freepost label to return as goods 'sold not as described' (as per their T&Cs). That's 4 days now (1 email per day) and no response!
First purchase from them - just disappointing and frustrating.

We take great pride in our customer service but unfortunately as I've now explained via emails, we're a very small team and the person responsible for customer service was in hospital at the time of your issue. This is not an excuse and we will learn from this going forwards. Great company great unbeatable…
Great company great unbeatable prices.Main reason for giving 4 stars is not with Discount Sales 365(who in my opinion are one of the best company's I have seen) but with the delivery company they use (Evry)
Time taken to deliver my order was 7 days.My advise to Discount Sales is ask Evry to speed up delivery times
