I ordered the original parts on 1-11-23. Parts received on 1-18-23. Sent parts were the wrong ones. Sales rep said the correct ones will be shipped. Nothing happened. Called back and talked to different rep. She then said that the correct parts were back ordered. In total it took over 3 weeks to get parts. Too long!!

Everything was made to my exact specifications. I ordered 10 custom length hoses of varying sizes. Also ordered various fitting to tie it all together. These were pressure washer hoses for a custom install (car detail shop). The order came in sooner than promised!

I ordered some 19 foot long hoses and had Discount Hydraulics press the ends on. The hoses came in the right length with the correct ends and they arrived in just a few days. Great work.

Only reason for not giving 5 stars is that I haven't had any of the fittings installed long enough to give a fair critique. Just from putting them in the drawers and installing about 10 hoses with fittings of various sizes I've been very pleased. They acted that exact same as the Parker branded stuff in or die but they are so much more affordable.

My order was for brass fittings that I am using for my agricultural propane tanks, used for powering my tractors. The fittings were shipped promptly, and are exactly as described, and so they fit just right. The price is reasonable and the availability was no problem, as all items were in stock.

I ordered 100 each of 6900-06-06 and 6900-08-08 I received 50 6900-06-06. These items were never shipped as there was no damage to the carton that would allow them to fall out. It took me a while to get hold of some one to help me but once I did everything went beyond and above of my expectations. My confusion stemmed from the fact that you guys put the letters for the fittings first where Gates put the letters at the end. Also, I was confused as to which hoses are compatible with my application but luckily the tech support confirmed to me that my choices were correct.

The only issue I have is with shipping costs. I wish there was an option for less expensive shipping, even if it took a little longer to arrive.

I also wish the "per hose" labor cost to crimp on the ends was less. This is a significant cost adder for shorter, smaller diameter hoses.
