Ordered 2 mattresses 10 days ago
Ordered 2 mattresses 10 days ago. Got a call on Monday saying they will be delivered at 3pm.
Got a call at 11am saying there is a mistake with the order and driver only has 1 mattress in van.
Said he can not deliver just 1 mattress, as order says he needs 2.
Driver said he will deliver the next day.
Tuesday comes and goes still no delivery.
Now Wed... still nothing has arrived. I need mattresses for this afternoon. Now rushing about having to source elsewhere.
Customer service is a joke. No one replies to anything.
Dont waste your time with these cowboys.
Looking like I will have to contact my credit card company for a charge back.

There are genuine discounts to be found
The website works well, however the search engine is not so smart. I find it necessary to to re-frame the search parameters to find what I am after. It would also be nice to pay the postage when paying for the items, rather than wait for an email to arrive. There are some good discounts to be found, but it is worth checking with other websites before committing.
