I am really happy with the new air fryer I received from Discount Experts.
BUT I am still waiting for my 4-pack assorted sports vests I ordered from Discount Experts, that still have not arrived.
It would be good if Discount Experts could give me a call on 07508173849 to talk to me about what I can do.

We bought a product paid for it, paid p&p separately, got an email to confirm, then relay got the parcel but within 24 hours discount expert called the product back, this happened over a month ago they don't give you a straight answer they keep asking for information that they already have zero stars I would never recommend this company

When I first started dealing with Discount Experts back i June I would have given it a 5 star rating but in early July the "wheels came off" the whole business and I had sever problems with 4 purchases. I off these was wrongly delivered and I have just got recompense for that and then 3 were not delivered and the firm offered to refund the money for the items not delivered but wanted to do this by payment of vouchers, I refused and asked for a money refund, Eventually they started to send the money back but have failed to pay back a £14.99 postal charge for a cordless hedge trimmer bought through them from Morgan and Thompson. They have also not refunded a payment for a personalised teas spoon. These last 2 items were purchased in early July. Take special care when dealing with this firm as their refund system is absolute rubbish,

Teething troubles. Not well thought out
Blurred lines of communication. Vague address and despatch details updates. Complications of how the voucher system works in practice (dual payments). And - what the position is with regards to warranty claims if things go wrong. Particularly difficult for first time users. The system needs to be better thought out and consumer tested to justify the price advantages

Want refund IN FULL!
Ordered the goods, waited the allotted time period - nothing! Contacted customer service who asked for a screengrab. Sent screengrab to Joey. Nothing! Contacted again and got Jane still NOTHING! If they lose my order they are in the wrong and I want a refund IN FULL including postage! I can't afford to waste my money to their greed! Where is the so called customer service?
