Lost order and didn't mention on the total after purchase the high delivery charge, this should be transparent on the order confirmation. Luckily I chose the COD option and could cancel the order

I ordered a couch online, made the payment and everything only to be told that the couch was out of stock. I was told I would had to wait 4 to 6 weeks while they manufacture the couch. Three weeks in I get told that the colour I want is not available. I'm really not happy about this

Awesome service from start to finish made sure all my requirements was met.

I made a purchase online and paid for my chaise lounge suite on 30 Dec 2021 and was called by a customer service rep (Africa) on 5th Jan 2022 to inform me they will receive stock in 10th Jan. I followed up on 10th Jan and on 12th Jan was told I can expect my purchase to be ready on 15th Feb 2022, this timing is ridiculously long for an online store where they advertise shipping and delivery to take 1-3 working days.
