⭐ Extremely Slow Refund Process – Completely Unacceptable

The biggest issue is the ridiculously long refund process. Waiting more than 30 days to receive your refund is absolutely unacceptable. Customers should not have to wait over a month to get their own money back.

The refund process is frustrating, time-consuming, and poorly handled. Combined with extremely poor customer support and a lack of clear communication, the whole experience is exhausting. Chasing your own refund should never be this difficult.

A refund should not take more than 30 days. This level of service shows little respect for customers' time or money. Honestly, it is simply not worth the hassle. I would not recommend this company to anyone who values their time and expects a reasonable refund process.

Very disappointing service with an exchange

I arranged an exchange with Direct Tennis under order 15035324, and it has now been more than a week without the replacement item being dispatched or any meaningful update.

I emailed them but received no response. I then called customer service and was told that the exchange would be dispatched the following day. Unfortunately, that did not happen, and I still have no dispatch confirmation or tracking information.

I understand that exchanges can sometimes take a little time, but the main issue is the lack of communication, especially after I was given a specific assurance over the phone.

I am still waiting for my exchange and an update from Direct Tennis. This has been a very frustrating experience so far.

Appalling after sales service. They delivered my order to the wrong address and took no responsibility at all for the mistake or trying to recover the shoes, despite a history or buying from them. Would not use again they have no understanding of Customer Loyalty !

Fast delivery, found some asics gel resolution x at a good price, was a bit suspicious because of this page but turns out there is a direct sports page which is their actual Trustpilot and it is totally legit

Products I wanted were reasonably priced. Website easy to navigate. Ordered on Sunday evening, shipped the next morning. Arrived a bit late but that was the fault of Royal Mail. Everything arrived perfect. Would definitely order again.
