Terrible company.
I paid my money and no plates arrived.
I have sent numerous e mails regarding a refund a no one bothers to contact me.

Ordered plates and fitting kit. Plates arrived but no fitting kit. No response - phone or email chasing to no avail.
Will not use again.

Contrary to some of the reviews here I’ve had a very good experience with Directplates. They came 2 days after being ordered and are very good quality plates 😊👍🏻

Do not use these bandits. I paid them over £40 for plates at beginning of June 2020 for next day delivery and have not received. Sent 4 emails and all ignored. They have bogus Trustpilot reviews on their website all showing 5 star service and good reviews. How can this be done Trustpilot?

CATEGORICALLY DO NOT USE.
they take the money and they never despatch the merchandise. When I put a claim they ignored me 3 times until I became abusive then they replied that it had been despatched and to check with the Post Office as if the onus was mine to track the bloody number plate down! Then they blocked my email. I would take them to court but for the miserable £20 it's not worth it. But I guessthey know that and that's their strategy. Goddamn thieves!

No communication and plates still not arrived 10 days later - emailed four times no response at all - I would never use these people again and would suggest you avoid them too if you want number plates quickly as they suggest same day dispatch - absolute nonsense - they also are blatantly lying about their trust pilot rating - fortunately I paid with PayPal and will be asking for a refund - I wish I had checked on trust pilot before I placed the order and I would have taken my business elsewhere - awful customer service no communication

2 reasons for bad review:

1. The say dispatch same day, but delivery took a week. Misleading!
2. They show a trustpilot rating of 9.8 on their website, but logging on to this real website, it is just over 2. An untruthful co!

Suggest shopping elsewhere.

I received the plate 4 days after placing order before 1400 on Monday via Hermes, but I paid for first class delivery as per their confirmation. They advised that Hermes were very busy but the courier has delivered this in line with their normal service. I placed my order with you because you promised 1st class delivery and same day despatch before 5pm, but actually wasn’t despatched until 48hrs later after order placement

Very poor communication, dispatch and delivery.
Avoid.

Plates failed to be delivered after almost 2 weeks, not replying to emails, hence my review as negative, would not recommend or use again

plates arrived and are very good quality, they are road legal and printed correctly, how long they last is to be seen but from the outset they appear to be just what I ordered.

Avoid this company for 2 reasons:
1. There is no contact address or phone number.
2. When I emailed to ask where to read the glowing reviews they claim, there was no response. I suggest they are all made up.

I think they are connected with ShowPlatesExpress dot com - the websites are almost a carbon copy.
