I recently contacted Directorist regarding their software and had a less-than-ideal experience that aligns with concerns raised by other users online. My primary issues stemmed from poor communication, slow response times, and inadequate support.
When I reached out with inquiries about their sales pricing, I received delayed responses, often taking several days. Despite multiple follow-ups, there was no one available to provide timely assistance. This mirrors similar complaints from previous buyers, who reported that the support team was unhelpful and slow to address issues.
Additionally, I encountered concerns with the software’s performance. Like others have noted, the functionality was not as described and far from user-friendly. More troubling, the software's heavy resource usage noticeably slowed down my website, raising concerns about its impact on hosting performance.
Another significant issue was the lack of detailed documentation. The sparse resources on their main website made troubleshooting difficult. This lack of clarity suggests potential underlying problems and leaves users without the guidance needed to navigate the software effectively.
In conclusion, my experience with Directorist was disappointing, marked by slow communication, poor support, and performance concerns. I hope the company will take these issues seriously and make improvements to better serve their customers.
