I thought this DirectNine might be a…

I thought this DirectNine might be a scam website and to my surprise they f*ckingggg delivered Dana dolly riser in a timely manner and their customer service actually answered the phone and gave me proper information… so yeah I’m glad they are not a scam website and they delivered exactly what I ordered in a respectable time frame…. Good job

Sangean Radio.

Unfortunately,my radio arrived with the incorrect Adaptor,which was a little frustrating.

The company itself,in Australia was fine.Communication great.I was unaware that the radio was coming from overseas and that is probably my error. I could have purchased in Australia with someone else.

Five stars:-)

I had some doubts about ordering our walkie-talkies after reading the reviews, but that was really unnecessary. Directnine followed up on our order immediately and ensured a quick delivery. We had some issues with customs, and Directnine reimbursed us for the taxes.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam and needs to be shut down. They hugely over inflate price's, by several hundred percent, then half the price to let people know an item is on special offer.
For eg a cessna 172R pilot's information manual sells on average for 50 to 60 euro. This company claims it costs over 300 euro then say they have reduced the price to 180 euro it almost 4 time's standard price. The excuse is it is down to demand, taxes, supply etc, all of which is 100% fake, untrue and a manipulative scam.
In addition, they are all over the place and they don't even have real addresses. Google their address and see. The irish version of this scam uses a health care facility for people with mental disabilities as their address.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM BUSINESS

Edit, they email and ask me to change my review because they claim their prices are the best discounted price they can give and its due to supply/demand/tax.
Once again, THESE ARE SCAMMERS

DO NOT ORDER FROM DIRECTNINE! IT IS A SCAM! I've ordered from them and get two legit looking e-mails, then the next day I get an scam e-mail about my package delivery, but it has all the details from the DirectNine order. They say to operate from EUR but they have no registered TAX number. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, YOU WILL NEVER SEE YOUR MONEY BACK AND YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING.

I received an email from DirectNine…

DirectNine have denied sending me the original email, so obviously it was spoofed to appear a s if it came from DirectNine. My apologies to directNine but in my defence it appeared genuine. I have since been refunded the full amount deducted so I am not at a loss.

Avoid buying anything from these people…

Avoid buying anything from these people - Scam!!

Google search lead me to their convincing site.
Tried buying the part, at the authentication stage, processing order the app hung. Called to check if the order had gone through or not, was told not received conformation then its not ordered. Thought odd, but fine. Two weeks latter, my accounts tell me we have been charged £324. Traced back to these Directnine, liaised with Zarina, tells part shipped incorrect address? I would not have typed an incorrect address, Didn't receive conformation of payment or order, called to check, told not on order. Suspect this is an empty box, sent to the wrong address which is irretrievable. Requested refund 3 times now, onto my bank to issue a chargeback. Be warned do not buy from Directnine appears to be a scam - Avoid!!

Very expensive and deceiving!

So very expensive order. I feel deceived. I order at Directnine.be pay in Euro's and it is nowhere to find where to order will be shipped from.
Surprise surprise... I need to pay taxes and customs handeling fee!
More surprises...my order was shipped in 2 packages.
I had to pay customs handeling cost 2x!
I will never order again!

And reading your reply, you are not able to understand English! I am not complaining about the delivery time. I am complaining about you giving me the impression I order in Belgium, but actually the order comes from outside EU. Result I need to pay taxes which is nowhere mentioned when I order! Then you send it in 2 packages instead of one, result I need to pay taxes and customs fee 2x. And no you will not get another change. I feel ripped of!

DVD player never arrived

On 11 November I ordered and paid for a region free DVD player. I received a confirmation of my order and that was the last thing I ever heard from Directnine : no DVD player, no reply to my mails.

Broken stereo with US power supply

Broken stereo with US power supply. Waited 6 weeks then got hit with customs charges. When I opened package the lid of the stereo was smashed. Cant plug it in to see does it even work as its US power and I live in Ireland. I have requested a full refund.So I will keep you posted. I have no intention of paying to have this shipped back to the states. This was not a cheap stereo

Le site est à fuir

Le site est à fuir, ne jamais commander, la marchandise n'est jamais en stock, aucun suivi de commande aucune information sinon fausse! oublier à jamais! pas serieux, la vitrine propose des produits qui ne sont pas en stock, ils travaillent avec votre argent le temps que vous vous rendiez compte que la commande n'est pas expediée...
