I've been working with DirectFX For a decade or more. Mostly for wiring funds $NZD to my $USD account here in the United States. It took some work to initially set up the account (I visited the office in Auckland), but all of my subsequent transfers were accomplished via email. Nev and Sean are stars at making the transfers take place, and at far better exchange rates than made available through bank to bank direct transfer. It's somewhat daunting to put your trust in money managers half-way across the planet, but rest assured that you can rely on DirectFX to perform on your orders.

I was fully informed. Sean explained everything well. It was great that I could ask questions and got prompt answers.

This was the first time I had used Direct FX.
As I only had the Trustpilot reviews to go on so I was a little uncertain.
Nev gave me an excellent rate but by the time I had sorted out where to transfer the sterling to it was too late to complete the deal. The problems were with my bank not DFX.
The deal was completed before lunch on the Monday.
In all it was a good experience and I would be happy to use DFX again.
The problems I mentioned were setting up the payee on my bank account. It was a rather clumsy process but I got there in the end.
