Direct from Mexico Does Not Meet My Standards
I am disappointed in the quality of the birdbath I received. The finish is subpar in my opinion. The base is not finished all the way to the ground so there is an unfinished edge surrounding the pedestal. Also the painting is inconsistent. If it was not so difficult to repackage and almost impossible to return, I would have sent it back. This is my first and last time I will do business with this company. I have done a lot of business with La Fuente and their Talavera products are excellent unfortunately they do not carry birdbaths.

Great Experience
The telavera birdbath I ordered is even more beautiful than pictured. It came fast and it was securely packaged. I would not hesitate to order from them again!

Returning is a FORTUNE!
To return the glasses that I bought for $187 cost $86 to return. Not counting the restocking %15 fee. DO NOT PURCHASE! The items k received were very very lower quality knockoff for what I was trying to get. I feel ripped off entirely!

EXCELLENT customer service and product.
While in Mexico I looked everywhere and couldn't find single switch tin stamped electrical covers. I got home and discovered DFM had lots of varieties! Shipping is free and fast. The cover is quality product. I ordered the wrong item by mistake and they promptly corrected my error at no charge! Thank you!!!
