I was so excited to receive my three crucifixes which I ordered and the payment taken from my bank account
I have received not one email and I still have not received my crucifix is four weeks later
I have sent this company customer service five emails and they have not had the courtesy to reply to One
So quick to take my money, but no follow-up no customer care whatsoever shame on you my Lord Jesus will be disappointed in you

! am 81 years old and dont use the computer very well I got so frustrated that I sent an E mail to please invoice me with what I wanted and this is what happened. My Order Needs a Miracle
After posting on August 8th that my order still had not been delivered even though I had been previously informed that my order was in the United States on August 1st a miracle occurred. My order was delivered the next day on August 9th.

Lourdes Water does not contain chlorine. The smell is probably that of new plastic you can smell. You can be assured all our bottles contain Lourdes Water from the Grotto in Lourdes.

No guarantee it's real Lourdes water.
Please read the fine print. They make you click a box saying "I accept the terms and conditions." It reads as follows - "Catholic Gift Shop Ltd does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free."
In other words, there is NO GUARANTEE this is actually real Lourdes water. It could be coming out of the kitchen sink.
