I Dealt with a chap called mark. the manger at direct car finance . and vans who completely understood my needs and delivered at a great price. needed to sourced the best van for me .I had to go back few times ,but got there in the end it all good but they made this effortless and came up with the goods. Professional and courteous, well done mark. .Vanessa who handed the Transit custom van over bye very lovey lady . really please with my van just what i need look good and drives well

Richard at direct cars was helpful through the whole process he wanted to make sure everything was spot on before he sold us the car! And everything was spot on! When at direct cars we then had Zara/Mark help us with the paperwork and they was very helpful and nothing was to much trouble! I would recommend this place 100% ro friends and family! Simple fast excellent service

Everything was going on well, from the customer service I received from Richard to the physical look of the car itself. The mistake i made was allowing myself to trust anybody. You will be told to sign the papers urgently and go with your car with the promise that any issues within the warranty period of 3 months will be attened, BIG LIES.
The workshop manager is the first arrogant, proud person you will encounter, followed by numerous bookings that will keep you waiting for weeks only for your issue to not get resolved. Following my complaints with the car, the workshop manager told me to my face "that i didn't buy a new car" so why complaining? DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR OUT THEIR PREMISES NO MATTER THE VERBAL PROMISES OR HOW PRESSURED. YOU WILL REGRET YOUR DECISION.

Well what can I say? The best experience I have ever had arranging finance and purchasing a car. From start to finish Richard went above and beyond and constantly kept me up to date with the process and to top it off the car was absolutely stunning. Thanks Richard your a wee star ⭐

Absolutely outstanding. Mark assisted from day one. He was courteous, understanding, supportive. He listened to what I was looking for and found the exact car, not only that, he found one with affordable repayments and not only that he found a reliable lender. Great from right at the start right upto me driving home in my new car. Easy to arrange, chat with with excellent customer service well mannered and well just so amazing with expert knowledge of what I was looking for and from walking through their door it was amazing just how lovely trustworthy they were with tbh what seemed like 10 minutes before I was on my way home with my lovely new car and so much so that I will be there once again for the next new car without even giving it a thought. Great after customer service too not ending when I drove home they have messaged me a few times to make sure they had done all that they could. Mark really does deserve more than just 5 stars but it's the maximum it will allow me to give him. Thanks Mark absolutely brilliant and appreciated more than you know 👍
