Direct Car Credit - The Car Finance Specialists Recensioni

amazing customer service, mark was amazing helped me through everything went back 3 times as I couldn't find a car for me he was very patient with me and couldn't be happier with my new wheels x

Marko was excellent from start to finish from arranging our finance to providing us a great car thank you to the Direct Car Credit team a special mention to Richard to thanks again Gareth and Portia

I tried direct car credit after being refused by multiple companies,, after doing the application I was expecting to be refused but to my surprise wasn’t,, I put that down to the fact that my sales rep Richard was really good and helped with every aspect of the sale and also when I wasn’t given enough for the vehicle I want helped by getting it reduced to be covered by my finance,, the after sales team are fantastic as well when it was realised I didn’t have the sat nav SD card they are sourcing one to send to me,, a* from the whole team and would recommend them to anyone that asks..

Very good personnel like Zara and mark were more than helpful the cars they stock are excellent quick to get finance sorted I personally will recommend to everybody honestly Zara and mark are a pleasure to deal with

Customer service today was great even assisted with getting my stuff into the car.. Gotta thank the team for car.. However the interior needed a bit more cleaning as I had to get the Wipes out to clean the back passenger middle seat with the cup holders.. Other than that service was great

Mark was fantastic and bent over backwards and went above and beyond to get us exactly what we wanted and within our budget
Happy customers thanks again mark

From start to finish and great service! Started off with a guy called mark who went above and beyond to ensure I could get the car I wanted and when I wanted it! Was passed over to Zara for after sales, who again went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with everything before signing any paper work. Overall very very happy with everything would definitely recommend

Huge thank you to Mark and Zara!! Nothing was too much trouble, lovely team ensuring you’re happy and at ease.
Aftercare is good too, a little niggle that has been booked to be sorted! 🙌🏻

Had applied for a car through this company down side is that i can only be cars from there website. When you look elsewhere for similar cars eimikar mileage and age they are very pricey. Not that i matters as no one gets back to
You after you send them info

Richard and zara(happy birthday), where amazing helped me throughout everything and reassured me through every step could not recommend them more !! Car was well looked after and no faults found

The people were really helpfull and fast on securing finance that was available for me despite my verry bad credit rating. The vehicle i have has been verry well presented and somw maintenance was done before pick up date. Would happily recommend and use this company again

Just bought a Kia Sportage from Direct car credit Which Richard made sure everything went smooth he couldn't do enough and contacted me on a regular basis to let me know how things were going Can't thank him enough will definitely be back in the future One again thanks Richard

Great experience all staff where great would recommend buying a car from here

From start to finish with helping get finance in place to purchasing a vehicle the service was 5*. Richard was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and put my mind at ease throughout the whole process. I’m looking forward to going back and upgrading when the time comes.
