I inquired on a Tuesday for that weekend delivery and they were more than happy to oblige! Delivery was set for Saturday after 2pm and I received a call before 2 for delivery. The nice gentleman showed up 5 minutes later.
My son loves his new mattress.
I will definitely be buying another one from you guys when I need to replace mine.

I found direct bed to be very easy to purchase from. I made contact with them and they called back promptly.

I received my bed within 2 days with free shipping. The delivery was flexible and they even made last minute arrangements for me over the phone so we could connect at my house when i was at work. The delivery guy was super nice and even helped me move my old bed upstairs.

I was looking for a good deal on an inexpensive but decent quaity bed. That is what I got , and a week later I am very happy with good sleeps. The bed was on sale for $200, it is a firm option, but i already had a foam topper i liked and so this was a great for me.

The 100 night guarantee option also only allows you to just 'switch' your mattress, it doesn't refund you your money like Casper and Endy. What if the brand just didn't suit me at all? Are there alternatives for that? I sent all my receipts and long emails to your salesmen who did not tell me my discount options on other mattresses and just turned out to be just unresponsive. Big low on directbed.ca.

I needed a bed with less than 24 hours notice. DirectBed was able to help me in the morning and deliver the matress that afternoon! Unbelievable! Everyone was INCREDIBLY helpful! My Mum Slept on the bed that night and found it to be comfortable. She slept the whole night through! 😊

Ordered a queen size bed (199) at 10am and it was delivered by 2pm. The payment at the door was efficient and as discussed with sales rep when I had placed the order. The bed is firm, and comfortable. Every part of the experience was positive, and I would recommend Direct Bed to anyone.

Bought a box spring, good quality, decent price and brought to your door in about a day or two, by the owner. Pretty good.
