Thanks Shane for helping us get a twin bed frame for our daughter in University. So many places did not have anything available or were over the price we were looking for. Shane found us several choices in our price range that were available within a day! Thanks for the quick great service!

I got the Louise mattress, it is great for seniors and I had great customer service from the representatives at Direct Bed.

Had a great experience with Shane @ Direct Bed in St. Catharines. Took my time to decide on 3 beds at fair pricing. Beds came in exactly on time. Nice thing is there are not a 100 different mattresses to chose from so it made selecting much easier. Definitely recommend

Theifs that what I thought ! You where good to me until you got your $. I have nothing but excuses on WHY you theifs won't send what I ordered. Now I got to pay a restocking fee for something I don't have??? Very unfriendly staff. Nothing nice about theifs. Don't fall for the trap like I did. It's bin a month and still nothing no $ no product.

misleading advert. when told about it the representitive said yes we were notified this was misleading but have not changed it

Ordered a queen box spring and am extremely disappointed in my order and the process. Started out with calling about a week after placing the order to be told that there was an issue since the shipping address and the card address we're different and someone would call me back - no call. Called again the next day to get it sorted out and was told that they couldn't send me what was ordered, but they had a different option, in which I agreed to, and was told that it would be sent out that day or the next. I waited a few more days and called again since it hadn't shipped. Once they did ship it they failed to send me any information, so I called again and got the tracking number, which I couldn't track, so I called the shipping company and they informed me that I didn't have the right tracking number. A few days later it finally shows up, and I set it all up just for later that day to have it break but still be useable. NOT HAPPY!

Very fast and smooth transaction! I ordered the Huron Mattress yesterday (throught the help of Nik - btw, he really did a very good job!) and it was delivered right next to my door today! The mattress was firm and the quality is really great! I’ll give it 11/10! I’m very satisfied. Will definitely refer to a friend!

This is my second time ordering at direct bed.The price are cheap and extremely the bed are comfortable and love the quality.

So far satisfied with the quality of purchased mattresses (bought 2 x Baffin Suite Matresses queen size in may18, order 5543).
The only exception is the box foundation. After 4-5 months it started to squeak and since then it has been squeaking every time i move. I tried all simple hacks but nothing helped. This is a very poor quality spring box. As far as i know all items are non warrant therefore i am considering to buy a new one.

I ordered four beds, five mattresses and one railing. And the price and the product was good. But when I asked ask them to take the railing back because it didn't solve the purpose and moreover we didn't even open it. That's why I thought it was strange that they wouldn't take it back.

Ordered the Brunswick foam mattress and it was delivered the next day to my daughter. She says it’s very comfy. Excellent service...they arranged delivery immediately within minutes of the order being placed online.

I bought a bed online, sight unseen...needed a bed ASAP for a live-in caregiver for my dad. I couldn’t find anyone to deliver a bed fast until I stumbled on directbed.ca. I trusted the online advisor...got a really nice bed, great price, delivered and set up the same day. Why would I ever buy a bed anywhere else? I especially appreciated the online chat...I described what I needed and wanted and got great service at a great price.
