As a small business owner companies like Directa are priceless. I was super fortunate to have had fallen into the inbox of Steve who has helped me from the moment I had my first interaction with Directa and still helps me to this day. Steve has guided me through what Directa offers and always presents me with great opportunities on top of that he always goes that extra step building a great working relationship between Directa and clients like myself. So helpful and accomodating to the business needs
I have been using directa for a few years now. I have never had an issue with the items I have asked for and have always received in good time. Francesca is always happy to assist with my demands and accomodating my needs with some difficult items. There are loads of items they have in stock and ready to dispatch. Quality of service is great. Francesca is always there when I need a last minute request.

The service is second to none - I just phone my order through to Jack who is my Regional Sales Executive and he takes care of everything....easy! I have tried other suppliers in the past but none have been as efficient or as friendly as Directa - thanks very much and keep up the good work!
