Straightforward ordering process

Communication from the seller has been fantastic and shipping/product dispatch was incredibly speedy getting the item to me before the ETA! Will happily shop with Direct4pet for excellent customer service and quality products at a great price.

Excellent website ordering, easy, discounts for bulk and fast delivery. Hate Amazon but stuck with it. Wish they would use Evri/DHL instead.
Apart from that, been using D4Pet for years and don't go anywhere else.
Highly recommend products and service. They have also been good on exchanges if needed.

Everything as expected, arrived on time, and the correspondence from the seller was exceptionally good

I placed two orders with this company and never received the orders, I tried calling them four times and emailing them twice and received no response from them. I would love the items I ordered, but I disputed the charge with Citibank and hopefully I can get my money back. I’m very very disappointed with this company.

Easy to order plenty of options for delivery - had an issue and it was dealt with promptly great customer service

I urgently needed liver support for my poorly cat as he won't take another product the vet suggested.
I ordered on Thursday and paid a premium for Amazon next day delivery. On Saturday night it had still not been dispatched.
Finally turned up on Tuesday afternoon.
Dreadful slow service for a company supplying something as important as pet medication. Why offer fast delivery options if you can't fulfil?
Definitely won't be using again.

EVRI dumped my parcel somewhere. Direct4pet offered a refund or replacement without any argument - great customer service.
Hope they gave EVRI hell and stop using them!
