The original delivery company let Direct4pets down. When i contacted them regarding non delivery, they immediately arranged an urgent next day delivery. It was good to speak to someone on the phone and the lady was extremely helpful.

What a brilliant company, the prices and the products are excellent and their delivery time is exemplary, would highly recommend to anyone.

Fantastic service, I was struggling to find a retailer offering Saturday delivery. I desperately need Oralade for a very sick dog. This will at least give him a fighting chance. Thank you for giving me one less thing to worry about.

As a new customer, this is my second order. You can order direct from their website or their EBay store. I’m impressed with the price of the product I order which includes P&P and communication/despatch/delivery is impressive too.

Easy to order and good communication. Wax cotton proof product for wax jackets cheaper than other companies also with free postage. What’s not to like!

Robust useful poobags in an eco friendly easy to use dispenser pack. My dog won't appreciate them but I certainly do!

My old cat has kidney disease and there’s a great product called Porous One which you mix with the same company’s Add One to help rid the kidneys of uremic toxins. Before discovering Direct4pet I had been paying £38 for Porous One and £12 for Add One. I get the 2 delivered for free for £39. A fantastic bargain. With savings like this and free, quick postage how can I not recommend this company !!
