Fantastic shop, been going there for years. Very knowledgeable and give good honest advice when you're looking for something. I always like going in person so I can talk to the staff and they always keep me right. When they don't have something in stock they can get it ordered and out to you with no fuss. Highly recommended!

I have used UWE for many years and for good reason. The staff are super knowledgeable, they love the industry and go out of their way to help. Online ordering is always supper reliable and quick. Keep it up UWE - Great shop, great staff & great online ordering.

Came in looking for my first pair of fins, service was fast, personable and tailored to my needs. Very efficient and very happy with my purchase!

I have just seen that we’ve been charged £15 per month for the last 10 months by WLY Complete Save. When querying this with the fraud department of my bank they advised that it came from a purchase at DIR Direct. It was on my husband’s card - he would have purchased something and signed up for a discount not seeing that he’d be charged £15 per month (not reading Ts & Cs). It’s a lesson learned of course but the bank said they have lots of calls re Complete Save. Please make sure you are not being ripped off by DIR Direct and ‘Complete Save.’ The amount of money they must make from people unknowingly signed up is shocking! Edit 04/03 in answer to DIR Direct’s reply below - my review is not defamatory it is simply what I was told by the fraud department of my bank (Santander). That the Complete Save subscription was triggered by a purchase to DIR Direct on 01/04/23.

The level of knowledge and support that the team at DIR Direct provide is second to none. They are without doubt the best dive store in the UK.

Bought a shearwater peregrine from dirdirect at a great discount. Ordered on a Thursday, it arrived on Saturday! Super fast delivery, no complaints from me. :) Very happy with my new dive computer.

Credit where credit is due. These guys are awesome. They are knowledgable, you can ring them and they are happy to dispense advice, and they are super fast and sending stuff out. An awesome company and my go to place for tech diving supplies.

While packing for a holiday I found an issue needing a replacement. Thankfully DirDirect was able to supply the item quickly saving my holiday. Very professional and excellent customer service.

This was my second online order from Dirdirect. Both have been faultless experience. This order consisted of Aqualung Regulator Set. Arrived well packaged and thrown in for free was a Aqualung Regulator Bag.

Phoned to enquire if they could get hold of Nautilus block weights as they didn't have them listed on the website, a german sounding lady answered the phone and said no we don't do them sorry and just hung up.

I have shopped here 3 or 4 times previously and had my shopping cart ready to be paid online with a back plate / wing + few other bits here for roughly £700, after that i'm going elsewhere. Rude!!

Brilliant shop, and excellent customer service.
I placed an order, then realised I'd forgotten a couple of small bits - a quick email and they said they'd hold delivery on the first order until I placed the second, and they gave me a discount code to include the second order in the free postage of the first.

I've visited the shop, where the staff were knowledgeable and helpful.

The only problem with visiting the shop is the amount of shiny stuff makes it tempting to spend all my money on dive kit! ;)

Ordered an Evolve system with a twinset (which all arrived within two days!) Only snag was the missing harness and back plate however Dir couldnt be more helpful and dispatched it straight away and it arrived the next morning- 350 miles away. Customer service is top notch 😊

Some of the best(if not the best) customer service i have ever experienced online!
i made an order with af lot of items. Later on it showed that one of the items was out of stock! I received an email immediately about this. Got the refund the same day, and my order arrived 6 days after in Denmark!

Sent back for refund and received the refund swiftly.
Shame they didn’t sent the correct item in the first time.

Excellent as expected from such a professional outfit. Can’t say better than that.
