Denied Return and Misleading Information – Dior San Francisco

Please do NOT shop here at DIOR San Francisco Post Street. This store does not honor returns or exchanges properly.

I purchased a pair of earrings, and when I went back to return them, the manager misled me about the return window. They counted the days in February as if it had 30 days just to claim that I had missed the 14-day return policy.

Then they refused the return by saying the earrings were not in good condition simply because there was a small amount of makeup on them. This is unreasonable — minor marks are exactly why stores usually allow exchanges.

It honestly felt like the store was trying everything possible to avoid accepting a return, despite their stated policy.

Looking at the number of one-star reviews, it seems this is a common issue and no action has been taken.

I strongly recommend avoiding this store.

Buggy web site, almost no customer service.

This review is not about Dior products, but about their US web site.
No matter how many credit cards I used, or how many times I edited my billing address, I was unable to place an order. Always was getting the same message:"We’re sorry your order could not be placed. Please verify that the name, billing address and card number you entered matches your credit card information." Every time I tried to place an order, the billing address was automatically reversing to the shipping address.
Tried to contact their support via chat twice, got zero response.

Worst Customer Service

The customer service is very rude and unprofessional. I want to return an item because they deliver 5 days late, I already bought another one in store. So I called to ask for a waive for return fee. The customer service says the below:
"Are you Dior customer?" "Dior customer pays return fee.", "Do you read return policy?"
Can't imagine anyone would say such rude words.

Book Tote Review

Disgraceful Fraud Handling & Appalling Customer Treatment

Our experience with Dior has been beyond unacceptable and deeply disappointing for a luxury brand that claims to value integrity and customer care.

A fraudulent purchase totaling over $10,000 was made using our credit card. This transaction was promptly reported as fraud, and we provided clear documentation and proof supporting that claim. Despite this, Dior refused to acknowledge the transaction as fraudulent, choosing instead to prioritize collecting funds from a clearly illegitimate sale.

What makes this situation even more alarming is Dior’s contradictory behavior:
• Dior told us they could not share information because the order was fraudulent
• Simultaneously, Dior told our credit card company the order was not fraudulent

This double standard directly obstructed the fraud investigation and resolution process and left us caught between two opposing statements from the same company.

To make matters worse, Dior refused to cooperate with us or our credit card issuer in any meaningful way, offering no assistance, transparency, or accountability. Their sole concern appeared to be protecting the proceeds of the fraudulent transaction rather than resolving the issue ethically.

When escalating the matter to Dior’s Personal Relations office in New Jersey, we were met repeatedly with rude, dismissive, and disrespectful communication. Specifically, interactions with Maria, Aisha, Sheena, and Mayara were consistently unprofessional and dismissive, adding insult to an already stressful and costly situation.

For a brand that markets itself as “luxury,” Dior’s handling of fraud, customer protection, and basic human decency falls shockingly short. Luxury pricing with bargain-basement ethics is not luxury at all.

We strongly caution anyone considering a purchase: if something goes wrong, do not expect Dior to stand behind you.

The removed one item without notice

One free mesh pouch was included when I made the order. However the pouch was removed when they shipped out the package. Nobody asked me if I still want other items if the pouch is not available.

Christian Dior’s MimiRose necklace

I recently received a MimiRose necklace as a gift with the current price being $2,450 + tax.
It’s true the chain is gold and there are three small diamonds in the middle,but this necklace is way overpriced due to the name Christian Dior.
I believe the diamonds are lab grown and because they’re so small they hardly show up at all.
Perhaps if my skin were darker the diamonds would pop.
All in all the necklace is dainty,pretty and perfect for
a “Sweet Sixteen” gift.

Defective Product, Disgraceful Service

I bought a Christian Dior lipstick at Duty Free in Mexico City in May. I used it TWICE, and it broke. I reached out to Dior customer service expecting a luxury brand to stand behind its product. Instead, they wasted my time — demanding photos, proof of purchase, endless back-and-forth — only to come back and tell me that because it’s past their 90-day window, they “can’t help.”
Let me be very clear: this is not a $5 drugstore lipstick. This is a high-end product from a supposedly prestigious brand. The fact that Dior thinks it’s acceptable to dismiss a defective item after two uses is absolutely unacceptable, insulting, and disgraceful.
If Dior actually valued its customers, they would have been transparent from the start instead of stringing me along. Luxury isn’t just about the name — it’s about quality and service. Dior has failed on both fronts.
I paid good money for a defective product, and Dior’s response has made it crystal clear: they don’t stand behind what they sell. Shameful.

I made 2 purchases from Dior in 1 day

I made 2 purchases from Dior in 1 day. I received my second order with no problem. I was told one of the shoes hadn’t arrived yet. So I waited however a week later no package. I called and the guy was so rude rushing me off the phone. Just telling me anything saying it will ship and I will have it Friday. Keep in mind this was last week he said this. I called back today because there was no movement with shipping. Sakeyia was so helpful when I called the second time around. We all know Dior is not cheap. She was very pleasant and professional. I felt eased after speaking with her. Daley is have me her word and reassured me she would get to the bottom of my package by tomorrow. Thank you again Sakeyia!!!!!

Dior On Stage NOT waterproof

I just bought a Dior On Stage Crayon a couple of months ago. I particularly chose the waterproof version because I wear contact lenses and might tear up a little bit for random reasons. Mind you, I have used this product before, but now, it's anything but waterproof. It actually so buttery that I don't even need to tear up to have raccoon eyes. It does not set. At all. And it's hard to remove too, so I must carry eye makeup remover with me at all times to correct it. Now, why? I spent 25 euros on this! Dior, I expected more...

I’m very disappointed in Dior

I’m very disappointed in Dior. A company who I’ve trusted and valued has done me dirty. I ordered products around Valentine’s Day and was shorted items upon notifying an ambassador I was assured they’d send it right away to give them up to 10 days. They never sent it, never followed up and now don’t respond to any messages when I ask for assistance or a tracking number. It’s over a month later and I no longer feel I can trust Dior at their word and it’s clear they have no intentions of sending my item. Be warned they can easily hide behind a screen and tell you lies but it doesn’t make it true that they will do the right thing and send items they failed to send.

I was once a dior fan but not anymore

I was once a dior fan but not anymore. I ordered a sandal online. They had falsely advertised that size 42 is US size 9 so i ordered that, it was too big as it was not size 9, i tried to return it and guess what they falsely accuse me of using that stuff and I did not get my money back. I regret i ever bought things from store. I wish i could give negative stars for wasting my 800 dollars.

I recently purchased the Dior Joy perfume, and I must say, it lives up to its name. The fragrance is a delightful blend of floral and citrus notes, making it both fresh and elegant. The top notes of bergamot and mandarin orange are invigorating, while the heart notes of rose and jasmine add a touch of sophistication. The base notes of sandalwood and musk give it a warm, lasting finish.

The bottle design is sleek and modern, reflecting the luxurious nature of the perfume. It’s perfect for both day and night wear, and I’ve received numerous compliments whenever I wear it. Although it’s on the pricier side at $138 for 50 ml, the quality and longevity of the scent make it worth every penny.
