Refuses to cancel my subscription
Horrible
Horrible! I can't cancel my subscription and I've been emailing them daily for weeks... they don't care at all about their customers, not worth reviewing the product because this is a scam.
You guys suck: absolute fraud
Doesn’t answer emails about cancelling subscription. Will be taking legal action.
SCAM- AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Similar to other reviewers, I received a “free trial” offer for one month’s supply (it wasn’t even free, I had to pay shipping). Then I cancelled it, and I literally took a screenshot off the page CONFIRMING I had NO ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTIONS. Then a few weeks later, they sent me an email that my order was on the way. I was like “what order??” So I checked and it said I had one active subscription, even though last time I checked it said NO ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTIONS. They literally reactivated my subscription WITHOUT TELLING ME. When I tried to cancel it again, it wouldn’t let me and said “email customer service to cancel” and I emailed them MULTIPLE TIMES and did not hear back at all. It’s now been several weeks and still no word from them and the “subscription” I never made is still active. I may just have to change my credit card at this point because I’m not letting these scammers get more money out of me. I’m a busy university student or else I would take legal action.

No option to unsubscribe/no customer service
I ordered a free trial of Dintle Bright teeth whitening pens and paid for shipping. They arrived in a timely manner. When I opened the package, I noticed the instructions on the pens were not clear on the amount of time to leave the formula on. I reached out to the email on their website to ask if they had specific instructions and never received a response. I did some research and found that similar products needed to be left on from 5-30 min, so I tried 5 min, and when II didn't see results, I tried 30 min for several days without seeing results.
I decided this product was not working for me after over a week of use, and since I was unable to unsubscribe for 30 days after purchase, I moved the day for my next shipment. 30 days after my first order, I received an email that my next order had shipped out despite moving the date. I tried to contact them again and also asked to unsubscribe after seeing that I was asked to email them to unsubscribe anyway and have not received a response in over a week. I looked for a phone number to call or an address and didn't see any other info to contact them with on their website, but did find a phone number on the better business beureu and left a message. I never got a response from that either, so I filled out a form with the better business beureu and included photos of the emails I sent them and the satisfaction guarantee on their website and the request to email them to unsubscribe, so hopefully this will get resolved eventually.

I didn’t find the product worked as it was described so I attempted to get a refund, which by the way you can only do so by emailing, and after emailing the two different emails this company has I never received any response. If they can respond and follow through with the refund I will change my review!
Forces you to cancel via email and ignores them
Forces you to cancel via email but ignores all emails. You cannot even remove your payment method to avoid the charge. I was just forced to purchase another $35 worth of their product that I did not want. Never responds to any email. Terrible company.
Edit: I found this in the order after you pay them for the “free” trial.
Free Trials
When you purchase a free trial product, you are agreeing to a minimum of 2 billing cycles before cancellation. Cancellation can be made at any time after that period within your account which had been emailed to you. Free trial products do not have a refund period.
Absolutely predatory company forcing you to give them money.

I sent an email trying to talk with someone because I had bought these by mistake and to see if I could get a refund but I talked to no one,so y'all could relate more than you do,I couldn't afford the $30 but because we didn't talk it costed me

I was very excited to receive the tooth…
I was very excited to receive the tooth whitening pens, although my teeth are extremely stained and I’m not see a lot of change. I’m sorry I can’t give a better review but I’m certain it’s my teeth and not your product.
Scam! Doesn't work. Will charge you and ignore you
I tried to cancel numerous times because the whitening pen does nothing but make my teeth sensitive to cold and pain.
Eventually my account was cancelled, but not before I was charged $34.95. My requests for refund have all been ignored. They have actually never responded to any emails and that is the only method they have to contact them. I believe they are a scam because their is no way to contact them and their product doesn't work.

I have sent several messages and a screenshot of my cancellation on March 16. You continue to bill me. You have forced me to take this up with the Better Business Bureau. It would seem from the lack of response to any of my emails that customer service does not exist at your company. Extremely disappointing!
