Amazing, totally worth it

Chef very nice and the food was great, it was served on time, and he even left the kitchen spotless!!! It was well worth it.

Amazing chef and wonderful customer service from the dineindulge team, that advised and helped me choose the best menu choice for my birthday meal, in addition our chef Georgious was so talented and every dish he brought out was 10/10!! I would definitely use this company again.

Overall brilliant but more thought required for details of recommended wines to complement the meal. No crib sheet or info to give this was included and left us guessing.

What a fantastic evening

David, the French Chef, came to our Airbnb and cooked up a fabulous 3 course dinner for the 12 of us..
we didn’t need to lift a finger, other than lay the table

Beautifully presented, great value food, and we were able to provide all of our own drink. Far more cost effective than going to a restaurant, amd we didn’t even need to organise taxis!!

We will be using them again

The experience with the chef was excellent. The food was well prepared and well presented. There were 6 adults and 3 children. The chef was personable and kept us amused.

The only down point was that Dineindulge gave the chef the incorrect chalet number. Ensure that chef has your number.

Punctual, informed, on time, professional and the food was fantastic too.

Easy to book, prompt responses and reminders, portal easy to navigate once I got used to it. Chef was great, food excellent. Would recommend.

We used Dineindulge for a family wedding meal for 12. All the courses in our menu were excellent and very well presented and served. Our chefs were charming and super efficient, helping to make our event both relaxed and special

I have no hesitation in recommending this dining experience for any special occasion. Everything, including our chef, the food and the communication throughout, were excellent.

I’ve been using Dineindulge for the last 3 years and can honestly say every experience has been fantastic. The chefs are professional, the food is always delicious, and the whole process takes the stress out of entertaining.

More recently I’ve also started using their sister company, Meals, for my weekly meals – and I’m loving it, It’s been a game changer for me, saving loads of time while still feeling like I’m eating something really special.

Right from placing my order to fulfillment of the event Dine Indulge exceeded my expectations. Communication levels were high and accurate. Food exceptional and cooked to perfection by our Chef, Sarah. Thanks also to Becka who helped to ensure the smooth running of the evening. Everyone in my party had a great time!

Justin was fantastic he was professional polite and discreet
He worked in an unfamiliar environment without any complaints and served a wonderful meal he then left the kitchen like no one has ever been in
The down side really is that information from me via the office didn’t seem to get to Justin meaning that he was forty minutes late arriving and the meal was later than we had planned

Food was wonderful chef was very professional and lovely company .

I had booked a mid pm meal for 15 people for a 90th birthday celebration. The chef was due at 3. At 3.15 he messaged to say sorry but he was lost and sent a ping of his location. He was 3 hours away from me.

I rang Dine and their only concern was would I go ahead or not. I had little choice but to say yes and then waited as the chef went completely incommunicado with me and the Dine team.

The chef arrived 3 hours late and the meal was rushed and was missing a few elements. The chef was miserable and explained he’d been on the road for 5 hours -2 in the wrong direction from his home and then 3 back to me.

Our meal was ruined. We had young kids who were all going to bed when the food arrived. The whole event was stressful. It was a disaster. A 90th Birthday we can never recreate

Dine’s response was feeble and made the whole thing worse. I was expecting apologies and to hear the next day first thing. I didn’t apart from a ‘how would you rate us?’ Auto message.

I posted a review which prompted them into a response. Dine insisted I take it down before they would discuss compensation. They finally offered compensation as a goodwill gesture apparently, despite being in breach of contract.

Dine seem to give some people a great service but if things go wrong they’re not geared up to resolve it and are defensive. I would obviously not use them again.

Response to reply. Dine you are defensive as I said. My ‘hostile remarks’ were a review here and on insta both completely truthful as this has been. I did take it down as you would not discuss compensation with me unless i did so. I did try to contact your ceo. I couldn’t believe your chef was 3 hours late and hoped you would be able to provide some kind of more timely alternative. You weren’t able to do this.

You think I was hostile? I was just trying to provide a party for my guests which you ruined and took no accountability for. Your junior team did message the next day and asked if I’d tipped the chef and if I had told him I was unhappy! I had expected an immediate apology from the senior team. I still haven’t got it. I was at no point rude I was just expecting a decent service which I didn’t receive. Good to finally hear from your CEO!

Worth noting you tried to have this review removed as defamatory which trust pilot have refused.
