From the moment Alex arrived, he treated our dog with dignity, tenderness, and love. Alex took the time to explain everything gently and gave us the space we needed to say our goodbyes.
With dignipet the stress of being in an unfamiliar place is taken away. It was peaceful, Alex made sure our dog’s passing was as calm and pain-free as possible. We left feeling heartbroken but comforted, knowing our sweet Nancy was treated with the utmost kindness in their final moments. She left her home a final time wrapped warm with a beautiful pink rose, giving us both peace and a beautiful last moment

We had our beautiful girl kalyx laid to rest today Bruce the vet was so compassionate informative and very caring. He made the experience so much easier than I could ever have imagined the process wasn't rushed at all thank you Bruce your were wonderful ❤️

On the 11th September we said goodbye to our beautiful Lady. From the first initial phone call to the vet coming out, the service received from Dignipets was outstanding! Alex, the vet, was amazing & explained the whole process and what was going to happen. We can not put in to words how thankful we are for his kindness and compassion. He treated our baby girl with such dignity and respect ensuring she was comfortable throughout. She could not have passed more peacefully in the comfort of her own home & for this we will be forever grateful. We were given all the time we needed to say our final goodbyes.
I would highly recommend Dignipets and their services!

No one wants to go through this process…
No one wants to go through this process but when you need to I can highly recommend dignipets to help you all though the process. Alex was so dignified and with such heartfelt explanation of the process . The passing of our saskia was made so much nicer having such understanding people in attendance. allowing as much time that you require at every step of the way. Lovely service.
Sadly, I had to have my cat put to sleep.
I had to pay more, because it needed to be done that day.
I really didn't want to put him through the trauma and stress of going to the vets.
I was called by Katherine (the vet) to say she was half n hour away.
Everything was explained to me.
Katherine was very understanding and gave me all the time I needed to say goodbye.
So glad my boy passed at home and in my arms.

Excellent caring service from start to…
Excellent caring service from start to finish. Made a difficult sad time much easier. Very peaceful, dignified, compassionate for our lovely old girl. No rush very informative we are very grateful for support and would highly recommend. Our vet Lucian was excellent, lovely couldn't have asked for better so good was us all. Alex was the vet who looked after…
Alex was the vet who looked after Thomas, my dog. He was thoughtful, courteous and always had Thomas and my husband and I at the forefront of his mind. He gave us time to grieve at the end of the various stages of the process. He was excellent, Thomas had a very peaceful end of life - for which we are grateful

Peace of mind
As we had to make the tough decision to have our beautiful Belle put to sleep.
I rang our vet to see if they offered a service where the vet would come to our car.
Belle hatted visiting the vets so for her last journey we wanted it to be pleasant.
I also didn't feel I wanted to see other healthy pets at this tough time.
Our vet clent hills veterinary receptionist said they had a contact number for dignipets.
From the moment I contacted them I felt at ease and was treated with kindness and respect.
They were able to get a vet to come to our home to put Belle to sleep the following day.
We could have requested for the same day but wanted to spend longer with her.
They talked me through the procedure and only when I asked did they discuss the cost of there service.
They said the vet visiting our home would contract us with an estimated time.
I received a call from the vet about 8.30am to say the time she would arrive.
I even received a call when the vet was at my door,I felt this was much nicer than a knock on our door.
Paula the vet was so lovely she sat with me to explain the whole procedure.
She also checked it there were other pets in the house to be aware of.
Belle was lay on the top of the settee where she spent a lot of time over the last week.
Paula asked if Belle would mind if she let her sniff her before anything proceeded.
Paula spoke to Belle and myself all the way through this.
Belle lay with her head on my lap and I was able to be with her till the end.
Paula would go into the other room after each injection to give us time together.
Although it was a sad time I felt relaxed and happy that Belle last few hours was spent with me in the home she had lived for 16 years rather than at the vets.
As we choose to bury Belle in our own garden but had to wait for my son to come from work to do this for us.
Paula at our request lay Belle in her basket and gently put her blanket round her.
My last memory of Belle was seeing her lying in her basket as it she was a sleep
Thank you Paula and all the staff I had contract with for giving Belle the best end of life care xx

Dignipets support and after care
Unfortunately we had to make the decision to have our beloved dog Bella (Bee-wee) put to sleep. We chose dignipets as we wanted her to pass away at home with her family around her. Katherine came and spent over an hour with us, there was no rush to say our goodbyes. Katherine was kind, compassionate and patient.
The support and aftercare throughout this whole process made it more bearable for us to come to terms with our loss.

First class service. I contacted Dignipets to enquire in…
I contacted Dignipets to enquire in regards to ending my fur baby's suffering. The whole process from my first point of contact to the vet coming to our home was nothing but dignified. They showed us compassion, explained the whole process. We were not rushed, was given as much time before and after to say our goodbyes. Although it was the hardest and most heartbreaking decision, it was made peaceful and a beautiful experience. We would like to thank Alex the vet that came out to us. He was wonderful and very empathetic with us and Buddy. He took care of everything, making the process less distressing as can possibly be when saying goodbye to a beloved pet. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We would definitely recommend Dignipets to anyone faced with this decision, just so much more dignified and a lasting memory that you got to spend your final moments with your fur baby in a calm environment.

Paula came to our home today to but our beautiful baby bear to rest, she couldn’t have been anymore amazing than she was. She allowed us all to have the last moments with our baby and was truly amazing through the process. Made an awful time so much kinder
I’ve never had to have a pet put to sleep before. My beautiful boy took a sudden turn for the worse on a bank holiday weekend and I knew what I had to do but my vet was closed. I found out about Dignipets by searching online. I asked my local Facebook group if anyone had any experience of them and I was flooded with so many positive experiences. I can honestly say Dignipets made this awful time so much kinder. A lovely vet came out later that day and was so caring with my boy. Everything was arranged and I was left heartbroken but knew I’d given him the best ending he could have wished for.

Kindness, supportive and highly professional
The time came for our beloved dog to leave us and Ana the vet from Dignipets provided great care, kindness, and support during his last moments. It was a very respectful end to his long life. The communication was excellent from the first point of contact. We would highly recommend them when the really sad and emotional time comes to say goodbye.

We had to say goodbye to our beloved dog
We had to say goodbye to our beloved family dog, it was such a difficult day for my Mom and Dad. Katherine was incredibly kind, patient and compassionate throughout the whole process, she gave us the time we needed to say our goodbyes, explained everything gently and supported us with such understanding. Although it was heartbreaking, her care and sensitivity made it that little easier for us. We are so grateful for the dignity and comfort she gave both Evie and our family. Everything was dealt with wonderfully, she took Evie the same day to the pet cemetery to be cremated and we have had her back two days later. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

So much care
I lost my lovely boy Bilbo yesterday Dignipet made this experience something I will never forget. Bilbo went very peacefully I was given a lot of time to say goodbye and Alex was very caring towards Bilbo and myself. There is a lot of care taken to make sure everything is calm and peaceful .

So caring and helpful
Our gorgeous boy had been poorly and was getting worse, we knew we had to let him go for his sake, but it just was so hard to make this decision.
After taking the first step of calling the vets they said they could come out to us but they also gave us information on Dignipets.
Dignipets staff and service were amazing and were kind and thoughtful throughout.
I was so worried about making that first contact never having had to do this before, but I can honestly say they live up to their name and give fur babies and owners real Dignity. Thank you
