My experience with DOS has been very good so far. The team works effectively and efficiently ensuring that Customer emails are responded to within a 24 hour period, work in strict adherence to the business S.O.P's, great quality management process of the response output by each Agent, providing suitable solutions which benefits both the business and the Customer and consistently issuing business updates on the level of progress which is perfect for those owners looking to become hands off.
