Purchase of PS4 Game Titanfall 2
Right from placing the original order up to the rapid and secure delivery the service was excellent and I would be more than happy to deal with this firm again. The game is a Christmas present for my grandson and I trust he will be as delighted with it as I have been with the service from Digital World.

I'm really sorry we couldn't fulfill your order, we tried to notify you as soon as we could.
You placed the order on the 2nd of December which was Friday and we emailed you straight away on the morning of the 5th which was a monday about the error regarding the stock levels, and refunded that day. So only the weekend had passed when we are not open.
Please check your junk mail on the email you put down and you should see our email

Excellent customer service!
Due to me not paying attention too what I was ordering, I went and completely ordered the wrong item. I contacted digital world solutions and nothing was to much trouble, I had the item I really wanted put aside for me straightaway really to be dispatched.
My communication with them was thro emails and every email was very quickly responded too. A pleasure to do business with and great customer service to boot!
