Sarah joined me in an online session to help me install a software package that I had purchased from Her company - digital product key. She used the AnyDesk platform, and it took her literally two minutes to do what I tried to do over a period of an hour. I'm sure I have a lot more gray hair than her, but thank God for technicians like her.

Sarah is a remarkable software engineer. She resolved my pc issues with ease that took me and others many hours that we could not resolve. After giving her control of my PC, not only did she help with downloading Office 2024 but also cleaned up my PC by removing conflicting files. She basically optimized my PC. It was amazing to watch!!!

Ordered a SQL Server 2008 Standard license that was supposed to come with the full install media. They sent a link only for SP3 and insist it's a full install. It's not. Their ISO is only 600M not the 2-3G that is a full install.

Have sent them screenshots of the install from their ISO which errors out saying can't upgrade because no SQL server instance can be found.

Total incompetence. Asked for a refund but they insist because they sent me a license key (for a media link that doesn't work) the order was complete an they won't refund.

Steer clear, not a trustworthy company.

I have made two Microsoft purchases from Digitalproductkey. First was an older version of Outlook. I had to replace my HD and and lost the original key. I received excellent help getting it running again on the new install. After the verified my purchase they replace the Key and helped with the install. The second purchase was MS Office 24. The original Key they sent needed to be updated. The instruction worked perfectly. All of the email responses were very fast. I had a minor question. Got live support on the first call, she helped me solve it. I will not hesitate to purchase from them again. Their support and follow up is excellent.

Customer service really knew the system inside and out and was able to walk me through the steps to correct my error.

This is my 3rd experience working with this company.
I was having an issue downloading the link onto my new laptop. I chatted with Melissa and the problem was taken care of. She advised, directed and cleared up the issue quickly. Polite, professional, and a breath of fresh air. Thank you,

I've used this company for several years and are always helpful with software needs. I have had to use their support a few times and they are knowledgeable and resolve the issues quickly. Today I worked with a support person who was helpful and got the issue resolved quickly.

I have had excellent support response through online chat and email on multiple occasions over the past couple of years, most recently last weekend when I was having trouble reinstalling Excel. DPK support was immediately available through online chat and did background research into my issue and followed up by email. In the end I was just using the wrong product key to activate my software. Once I used the correct one all was well.

Ordered by mistake an old version of a software because we had that old version in the favorites group settings. Contacted them and explained and with a very well explained steps we were able to make a correction. I am really thankful for the assistance in this matter.

I purchased Windows Publisher 2016 from this company in 2023 (2 years ago) and despite my relative ignorance about computers had no trouble and have appreciated the program since then. I had some concerns initially that did not pan out. This week I was having an issue that I thought was microsoft being intrusive, and I reached out for assistance to digitalproductkey thinking I wouldn't hear back. In the meantime I discovered my issue was my own operator error. I did hear back right away from the company offering assistance, even though it turns out it wasn't a program issue. I asked if I could write a positive review. I would trust them for other products in the future.

Last year I bought Outlook from Digitalproductkey.com
somehow I could not get the account setting right, the more I tried the worse it got. they jumped in to untangle it. They spent a lot of time, as I am an old man and it took a lot of time to explain what I needed done.
they were so polite and respectful.

Digitalproductkey walked me through the Windows 11 upgrade process that went with my license key!

These folks solved a problem I had at a reasonble cost. Gave me an appointment for a chat with tech, I shared the screen and Emma fixed everything for me.

Sarah Robert provided me expert guidance towards installing and activating my Excel 2019 product. I would highly recommend her service for anyone in a similar position that I was in.
