Unfortunately, I was seriously let down. I already had four books published and a decent website, complete with access to some 15 online bookstores, including Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and Kudu. What caught my attention was the promise to sell 1000 books. They unnecessarily modified the website, made a mess of it, republished the books with minor changes, and then sold 24 books over 9 months! 24 books, from 3 or 4 sales days over 9 months. I even lost 7 purchases due to errors in the Website changes. The only bookstore now supported is Amazon. They don't have my recommendation, that's for sure. I'm now paying to clean up their mess!

DO NOT get involved with these incompetent fraudsters! For the year I’ve been tied up waiting for my site to be developed it’s been nothing but headaches, missed deadlines, unmet promises, common sense errors, a rotating cast of new employees, and frustration.
I was initially misled about the company’s services and sold a package that wouldn’t actually provide for the functionalities I specified in the beginning, which was the first in an endless series of upsells and extra money set on fire. The team has an insane rate of turnover, so my project was passed to new developers 3 times, each time adding months to the timeline and getting the project further diluted in the process. Now, almost a year past what was originally sold to me as a 6 week project, I’ve had to escalate complaints again and again to feel like I’m being heard, only to find out each time that the people I'd finally reached were no longer involved with the project or even the company, and have finally given up faith in the team and am trying to get out. Every time it seems like a little progress was being made, I’d have the rug pulled by finding out they’d changed staff again, and the new folks would refuse to just admit they couldn’t pull the project off and let me get my money back and part ways. Don’t believe the satisfaction guarantee on their website; it means nothing, and they’re being incredibly difficult about just refunding me and letting me leave. Despite having a written guarantee from Sean Marcus that I would be fully refunded if they failed once again to correct the mistakes in the next round of revisions, I’ve still be forced to turn to disputing the transactions through PayPal; another massive headache. Not to mention they have access to the domain I purchased, and are essentially holding it hostage. I feel like I’ve wasted thousands of dollars on a busted site I don’t trust at all as a reliable tool for my business. It DOES NOT functions as initially promised, and every time they run another update more errors appear that I can’t fathom how a thinking person would decide to include. It takes days or weeks to get replies unless you throw a fit at them.
Daniel Russel, Grey Matthews, Tasha Brown, Sean Marcus, Ben from the sales team, and Jasmine Jones (of the “compliance team,” who’s now insisting I discuss this over the phone, where there’s no record of the conversation; how shady is that?) are completely untrustworthy and apparently incapable of properly representing their services, let alone delivering on them, and they’re not trustworthy enough to honor their own words when they fail in that. I should have checked reviews before signing on with them, because there’s a pattern of similarly deceived and frustrated clients. Some further research reveals this same group of people actually do business under several different names and are pulling this kind of scam in some weird revolving door of shuffling themselves around other shady “companies.” Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE ELSE for your website needs.
