Marketing Teams Need Digital Marketer

I've been a part of the DigitalMarketer community for going on 7 years, and it gets better and better every year. They are constantly pushing the envelope in marketing. When the gurus zig, DM zags. They eat their own dog food and they share their secrets to success with us which is awesome. Stuff that's actually working and has worked consistently, and not one-hit wonders.

They also bring in the best experts in different areas to share tactics and strategies in various areas of marketing. Simply said, I wouldn't give up my DM subscription for anything in the world. I have a company account for their certifications and I use them to train my team and keep them up to speed.

You get things that have been done by them and tested: for example, in LeadsOnDemand it is detailed yet there is the time to guide you through the steps that are needed, regardless of industry. SCAM

SCAM! Don't Sign up!!

I signed up for a trial & they ended up charging me over $6,000 ($295 per month). Content is generic, basic & out of date. It is extremely difficult to cancel & they do this on purpose. In one video I found, Founder, Ryan Deiss strategised with his team on how to make it as difficult as possible for people to cancel. So they improve their bottom line as a company...

Why not improve your content and make it so people want to stay, rather than think of ways to trap them and make it difficult to cancel! Very unethical company

No support

I wanted to buy a course but after emailing them and seeing these negative reviews I'm scared to order. It is weird that they do not respond to their customers. I will change my review rating if I get a response and hassle-free service.

useless support team

I made an order a long time ago. I tried to access their website, but I have not more the same email, so I contacted them by email explaining the situation and providing them with all the details regarding the order I made. This was on December 2 2022.
Since then, no reply.
I tried to contact them thru Facebook, but there is a BOT suggesting me to contact the support by email (the same who did not answer previously)
Is this the way (not) to reply to a previous client?

Great quality content, with platform that can be improved

Great content.

Their platform and billing system can glitch though. So don’t be surprised if after paying for something you can’t access it.

Reach out to them and they will sort it out. Sometimes calling may work better than email.

Overall, platform glitches can leave a negative impression. Don’t rush to conclusions and reach out to customer service.

A word of advice to Ryan Deiss - sort out your platform once and for all - and you will avoid MANY unnecessary headaches down the road

Wonderful experience so far

I have taken 2 courses "copywriting mastery" and "digital marketing mastery" from DigitalMarketer and am satisfied with the course quality and enthusiasm of Ryan Deiss in imparting the latest marketing knowledge. Everyone looking to start a career in digital marketing or advance their concepts should definitely enroll in their courses or become a lab member.

IGNORE these negative (*spam*) reviews! Digital Marketer is THE BEST OF THE BEST!!!!!

I've found that this site has SO many "scam" NEGATIVE reviews... on every product I've looked up! But this company, Digital Marketer, is nothing but OUTSTANDING! I've taken courses from them for over 15 years, and they are the BEST of the BEST! They created the MOST OUTRAGEOUSLY BRILLIANT annual conference for online marketing on the planet = Traffic & Conversion Summit -- which I've attended religiously for a decade, along with all of my million dollar+ biz owners (who all attend because it's always the MOST cutting edge info ANYWHERE when it comes to online marketing). And Digital Marketer's memberships and trainings are absolutely OUTSTANDING! I've spent thousands with them, and own all of their certification programs: They BY FAR delivery more than all the other programs I've ever purchased...times 100! So sadly, be wary on this review site when it comes to these 1 star reviews... Ryan Deiss, the genius ringleader of Digital Marketer, is THE MAN to go to if you want to thrive online. This company is the real deal.

Absolutely a 5-Star Organisation

I had a long career as a Curriculum Manager and Curriculum Designer, although mainly a Copywriter now. With that in mind, I have to say that the enthusiasm and passion that DM show in their training is second to none. The course content is delivered in a clear, comprehensible and snappy format. I really rate DM as one of the best training organisations out there. They help you become a full-stack Marketer with their on-point knowledge of Digital Marketing. A tip for you - wait till Black Friday to get a fabulous deal on the courses which is what I did. Love DM as a brand and I think they are really genuine and caring people. Their customer service was second to none. Very Disorganised but great training.

I had spent thousands on DIgital Marketer over the years and saw rapid decline in their customer support and a pattern of disorganisation.

They wear this disorganisation as a badge of honour and pride. Yes we all screw up but we have to learn from it and fix it.

Their training hs been historically great but they can't stick to their promises in terms of rollouts and charter memberships. As a former supporter I sent them 5 emails all of which were ignored.

Until they sort their support and delivery out, I highly recommend to look elsewhere for paid training.

Watch out for this Money Trap!

Do not use! Got trapped by buying a video course for $95 and apparently got signed up for a 'free' membership I never wanted nor used and ended up paying $95 PLUS $295!! After contacting support they told me to suck it up. I was apparently meant to take action to 'unsubscribe' to this but nowhere was I informed. Unethical business and sneaky ways to take your money are NOT a good practice.
