New ISP in the UK. I have had no issues I have had 2 connections from them and they both get the full advertised speed. Love the fact that there is just the 30 day contract. Only small downside is that they use CGNAT but there are ways to get around this issue.
Overall very happy customer and have recommended them to multiple people
Myself/family I have been loyal BT customers for 30+ years.. over the last few years we have been paitenly waiting with bainted breath for quicker internet speeds, being in the South East having access to openreach/BT 40mb or more recently 60-70mb costing between £40-50 a month.. i say between as year after year BT keeps increasing the price.. admittitally BT has been pretty reliable with very few drop outs but its just slow and expensive and poor customer experience.... last year we noticed Fibre one working in the area and were excited to hear super fast broadband was coming.. once all installed and they were ready Digi contacted us to see if interested to try their service.. i was a little worried being a new company in uk but who were well known and established in europe ... i was absoluelty shocked to hear/see the download speeds and the price.... £25 for 10GB downloads!!! sounded too good to be true... The digi team arranged a date to come install, no pressure to commit if not happy, they were every accommdating and able to install at very short notice. Thank you to Alina and Adrian for arrange everything and put my mind at ease. The Digi engineers Naw and his team were nothing but amazing and professional, they weere patient and happy to take on my questions and ensure the install was done in best possible way i.e router location, keeping things tidy etc
After install the guys ran thougth with me how to connect and instantly had blazing quick internet speeds
