We were delighted to get our gates electrically controlled a year ago but found that there was some functionality we would like that our system could not provide. After learning more through the well-presented YouTube videos produced by Tim, digiGate appeared to be the answer although my wife wondered if it was worth the extra cost. Well we decided to go ahead, and installation could not have been easier under the guidance of Tim who quickly and clearly responded to any questions we had.
Well, one month on and my wife is now asking why we did not do this sooner! Having the ability to add other family members as users, setting the proximity setting and scheduling openings has given us so much more functionality. So much better recently to schedule an opening and neither of us had to get soaked by the heavy rain to set the keypad to hold the gates open, nor our visitor to get out of their car to use the keypad when they arrived.
There may be cheaper options available but you get what you pay for and digiGate is a great quality product with an app that is easy to navigate around and importantly too excellent customer support service. Well worth every penny!

The product itself is excellent, fairly simple to install and highly effective once fitted. We now control our gates with Alexa, the mobile phone app and most usefully geofencing from when we are a short distance from their house. I love it, my wife loves it and even the delivery drivers who used to have to wait for us to find the 'buttons' love it !! More importantly however is the service from digiGate, the team are communicative, prompt in responses and highly knowledge. Highly recommended !

Great product and unbelievably excellent support.

My gate is some way from my WiFi so I set up an RF switch allowing me to install the DigGate in my house and the RF switch in the gate controller housing. Once DigiGate helped my out with the correct gate controller settings it all worked perfectly.

Great product and excellent back up service! I’ve been using the app to control my gates for just over three months. Had a problem with the app not being able to contact the unit. Left a message on WhatsApp which prompted an almost immediate response. Turned out to be a faulty power supply. The person dealing with the situation suggested some tests and pretty much got straight to problem. So refreshing to get this level of service. Thank you!

Had my Digigate for some time now and its a great device, I have the GSM dongle so can call the gates/set schedules/add users and admin myself easily. Set the GPS so the gates open as we get near home. Great value for money and the customer services team were really helpful when setting it up and even logged into it once I connect it to the web to assist me set it all up. Great product and great service, if you are in the market for something like this choose this product hands down.

having suffered with previous GPS gate openers that eventually failed i purchased the DigiGate with the GPS dongle . The quality of the product and service from the company is second to none. Fitted the unit myself and it does everything it says on the tin adding users is so streamlined and works first time without issues .
would certainly recommend this product to anyone.

I purchased digigate for my electronic gate as I was having trouble getting the gate to do what I wanted it to, for example stay open for more than 10 seconds at a time. I managed to fit it myself on a Saturday, and the company actually replied to my WhatsApp help message within 5 minutes,guiding me on which terminals to use on my model of gate. Now if that isn't fantastic customer service then I don't know what it. The product is fantastic, so I now have not only complete control over my gate via the app but the added bonus of the proximity sensor on the app so when I approach the gate in my car the gate opens for me! Fantastic company, wonderful product, don't hesitate if you have a stubborn gate and get this product!

Brilliant piece of equipment backed by great support.
Our gate entry system has a weakness in that if a visitor doesn’t use the gate call panel to notify us, there was no means of opening the gate for them prior to us installing digiGate.
For example, previously a visitor may have arrived at our gate when it was raining and rather than put an arm out of their car window to use the gate call panel, they would call us using their mobile phone thinking we could let them in.
In such a case we didn’t have a means to open the gate as they hadn’t used the gate call panel so there was no connection between us and the gate. Now that we have digiGate, we’ve programmed in all our phone numbers, including land line and mobiles so we can use any of them to dial into the gate for it to open.
In addition, the digiGate mobile phone app allows you to hold the gate open for specific lengths time and has other useful features as well.
A super piece of kit that extends our gate entry system with enhanced functionality. Some clever minds conceived and built it, so big thanks to them.

A really good product that has amazing flexibility in the way you use it. Prior to purchasing I had a few questions about compatibility and functionality. Great support from Tim. Post installation I also had some questions. Again all dealt with perfectly and a promise to modify the functionality by firmware update for my specific issue. Product and company are just great.

I just wanted to say how fantastic this product is, it really has changed the way we interact with the gates.
We have four teenagers all using the app, we know when they arrive and when they leave, they always carry their phone with them (the only thing they do remember) so no fobs, no codes just the app. We also use the gps which works great.
Also very easy to install, great easy to follow videos, I would highly recommend digigate

They sell a unique product in the Digigate gate opener and back it up with excellent customer service. Questions were answered promptly and when a shipment went missing in customs they worked with me to replace it quickly. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

Excellent piece of kit which makes automation of gates as seamless as it should be in the 21st century. Affordable and user friendly. Outstanding customer service and will be installing another digiGate at our second gate on site.

This is a fantastic product. I have been searching for this for years and finally it is available from a company that also happens to be on my doorstep. Support was excellent and it was really easy to fit and set up and worked straight away. It took a little time to teach the family how the app works and Amazon parcels are no longer being lobbed over the gate in the rain.

As I’m completely unfamiliar with gate systems and had just moved into a new property that had a system installed, I must say I had a few reservations. The team at DigiGate we’re brilliant at answering my questions in advance as I took various covers off the components of our system.
I elected to install the system in the waterproof gate box outside. You need to be careful if you are connecting anything to the mains of course, but I ensured everything was switched off and isolated and the installation went completely smoothly.
Instructions and online video tutorials were brilliant and clear to follow. Within no time at all I was watching the gates opening on my cameras from the other side of town. App is great and the schedule function very useful.
Really great to have a product like this from a local company. Love it!

Brilliant product with as many features as one could need. Fast, reliable and generally brilliant customer service, very open to new feature ideas whilst also providing in depth help with any issues, of which there are very few! Couldn't recommend more.

It has worked very well so far. We didn’t think we would use the scheduling function but it is actually really helpful - we’ve just started setting it so that the gate opens for a couple of hours In the morning when our deliveries usually arrive.

An incredibly useful device for any gate or garage door than needs opening remotely ! Had ours now for a year or so without issue. I needed some technical support regarding logging issues, which were very easily and quickly answered. Great people to deal with. Highly recommended.
