Ordering process was simple and confirmation was sent in a timely manner. Received the product within a week. The pricing for LipiCore was the most reasonable I have been able to find. There was a "Welcome" gift included with the product. I will continue to use and strongly recommend to use digestivewarrior.com for my supplement needs
Best supplement provider! When my doc recommends a new supplement, I look at Digestive Warrior first. Their pricing is great, the service is quick, and the communication is awesome. My orders came sooner than I expected and in pefect condition.
I found Digestive Warrior with a google search and have had an excellent experience with them. I’ve ordered from them numerous times and they filled each order promptly, even after the hurricane I received an email letting me the know the product ordered would be on its way within a couple of days. That’s exactly what happened. Their products are high quality, responsive and excellent customer service is and super-fast shipping. I really appreciate Digestive Warrior and will continue to order from them!
When I ordered my product, it said it would be there within 2 to 3 days, my product originated in Cincinnati a week later it's still in Cincinnati, I'm in Florida and it's been over a week very poor service, would not recommend

Hi Marty, we sent an email to you explaining that your order shipment was delayed due to a huge snowstorm in Cincinnati that closed mail service in January, and slowed mail service during the remainder of that week. We ship all orders the day that they are placed if prior to 4pm EST and have no control over USPS delays or weather events, although we wish we did!
I've purchased from digestivewarrior.com for over a year now and have had no issues. Wide selection of products and fast shipping for no extra charge! I was working with a functional doctor elsewhere and found that they were slow to ship and had a shipping fee so I was happy to find digestive warrior. Will continue to buy supplements here and recommend it.
Customer service is the most awful and rude I have ever experienced. They literally scolded me via emails and asked how do they track a package that was not scanned in by UPS which was my issue in the first place. I emailed them because I can't track my package!!!! Sob stories about how I've hurt their feelings and two weeks later STILL I don't have my items.
Customer service is horrible and they clearly don’t care about their customers.

Dawn, we are very sorry that you feel this way. We care immensely about our customers- we wouldn't exist without our amazing and supportive customer base. We simply have company policies in place for when package issues occur with the USPS. We are a small, family owned business that works hard to remedy issues as they arise but we have steps to follow prior to reshipping an order that shows that it was delivered. Digestive warrior is just another waste of your time and money. I had multiple labs done with her only to be told I should see another professional to have a sibo test. I was told she would be free to consult with for 90 days, during that time she stopped responding to my emails and there was no support. It was a complete waste of money and hope working with her. Stay away and spend your money elsewhere
Good company with excellent supplements. The support is very friendly and reliable, but even more: you get the parcel from this company within 4-5 days to Europe!
