I have been accommodated appropriately every time I have been in the store. Danny has ensured a swift and easy process when completing a transaction and it will be my first choice whenever I want to purchase a watch. Highly recommend!

Was looking to buy a watch for a special occasion and was referred to Danny at DWL. Experience was first class from the outset, having understood my needs Danny did the rest and kept me up to date as he sourced a new submariner at a competitive price. Picked up in the store where Danny and the team were equally welcoming. Overall great experience and would certainly buy from them again.

I bought a watch from DWL on Monday 25th March, I bought the watch over the phone and paid via bank transfer. Watch arrived this morning exactly as described.
I had been following DWL & Danny on social media for years but only just got round to purchasing from him, any questions I had were answered quickly. I was kept up to date throughout. Danny had asked if I would prefer to collect from the store which I would have loved to do, as a chance to look through some of the stock however maybe next time! Strongly recommend, only regret I have is that I hadn’t used DWL sooner or for any of my previous purchases. Until next time, thanks again.

I had an excellent experience with Danny at DWL.Firstly he kept the watch I was interested in aside for over a week until I flew back to the UK from Dubai. He was so patient while I asked so many questions about the history of the watch and authentication of the watch. The guys in DWL are true gents with a real knowledge of watches. The array of watches they have on offer is very wide spread for all people looking to buy a new timepiece.

The guys bent over backwards for me when I was in there to make sure I had the best experience and I wasn’t disappointed.

I can’t recommend these guys enough. Luxury service for luxury items seem to be few and far between nowadays but not at DWL they know how to provide a luxury service and you see that when you walk in the shop and then deal with the guys.

Great experience dealing with Danny, I have been on his WhatsApp group for a couple of years now waiting for the right watch, bought two from him this week. When they turned up the condition was better than described. Can't fault and probably won't go anywhere else for watches in the future.
