I had a great experience with Kellen. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful without any pressure for me to make a decision on my purchase. When I made the decision to purchase, the order was completed efficiently and the communication re time frame and delivery was perfect. I received an email advising me that my stones had arrived in the country, then more emails to advise of their dispatch from the factory. They arrived just two weeks after the date of my order. Am absolutely delighted with my sapphire and diamond earrings. Great value.

The process was super simple and my consultant Lareianha was really helpful finding the perfect size and design. The engagement ring was exactly what I wanted and was very reasonably priced. Absolutely recommend!

Returned wedding ring purchase
I bought what I thought would be my wedding band from diamonds factory NZ. I went into their store in CBD and Anisha was great with the consultation. She gave us the option to pay 50% of the deposit for the ring I wanted, then pay the final 50% when the ring arrived in store.
When I brought it home I realized that the gold of my engagement ring (which was from Canada) was slightly different from this ring. I was nervous to return it as I wasn’t sure if I’d be refunded fully but was really happy with the process. Full refund onto my original payment method and literally no hassle at all. Would definitely trust this business with a future ring purchase.

I love my black diamond infinity necklace. The chain doesn't get caught in my hair and I have not taken it off since it arrived. The customer service was excellent, they responded back to me very quickly. The delivery time was 3 weeks. I am a very happy customer

Great experience
Impressed with the final engagement ring. A much superior product at a much cheaper price than other retail outlets. I checked the company registration to find that Diamond Factory New Zealand has been running for a long time. I found the customer service excellent. Patient and helpful as I had many questions, wanting to get the right ring for my partner. I would definitely recommend this company for those who want high quality jewelry, have a month to wait for production and shipping and are taking into consideration value for money.

Very nice ring. Thought I was purchasing from a local NZ manufacturing jeweller but was surprised to see my ring track from Mumbai and resizing if required had to be sent to Sydney.

We understand your surprise regarding the production and resizing process. To ensure the highest quality and craftsmanship, we manufacture our items in London. Specifically, we create the settings of our products (rings, earrings, pendants, etc) alone without the main stone. After that, they are shipped to Mumbai (fee-free) where we set the main stone and then distribute them globally through our distribution facility.

I’m not usually one to do online purchases, especially from websites or companies I am unfamiliar with. I found Diamond Factory as a sponsored advert, check it out & it was everything that I was searching for!!! The idea I had for the perfect ring was there; and at a far cheaper rate than any retail store that I knew of. I took a leap of faith & trusted that this was a legitimate business, my trust was well placed. Not only did i receive my selected goods in a reasonably timely manner (6 weeks), the quality is excellent & if I was ever stuck during the transport process I could reach out get the required information or have things amended within 24 hours. Definitely would recommend

Outstanding Website with Clear Options
Choosing an item of jewellery from Diamonds Factory NZ was very easy, with very clear options for size of stone for a necklace, the type of metal & the price. The only hiccup was that my daughter, the recipient, couldn't make her appointment to pick up the necklace as it was the weekend & naturally the external doors in Central Auckland were locked. Although she rang someone, it was answered in Christchurch & they couldn't contact the Auckland branch either. Perhaps a direct phone number could be included when the confirmation appointment time email is sent? This would avoid this happening to someone else when picking up their birthday gift on their birthday 😊 (A present from her parents who live out of town, hence she was uplifting the item herself).
